Hi there girls!!

How are all the preggy fairies doing today?

I'm back at work - urgghhh. Don't feel like working actually, I'm just day dreaming about baba.

B.O.B - lol, I actually don't realise that I'm doing that - referring to baba as HE. I did that yesterday at scan as well. I am hoping for a boy BUT as long as he or she is healthy and happy I'm over the moon!!!

To the rest of you waiting to go for the scans I can't wait to hear your news!!

Congratulations Patricia! Isnt it exciting?!

Im envious of all of you who have had scans already. it so reassuring to see the little heart beat. Mine is booked for the 18th Jan so still have a bit of waiting to do...

We've decided to tell everyone after that scan, but i think the secret leaped out of the bag when i had to pass on alcohol over christmas and new year! you know youre a bit of an alchy when the moment you turn down a glass of wine everyone gets all suspicous!

Skai, sorry to hear about the MS. Ive had very few symptoms but am feeling incredibly tired. which is tricky because i have a 15 month little boy who is busy ALL the time.
*sigh* its almost a relief to be at work where i can sit calmly and quietly in front of my computer!

Laliek.. glad that all your scans were fine, i see ur referring to baby as a He ...well i hope u get your wish.

Skai ..my scan is booked for friday and that seems like a lifetime to go before i can see this little bumble bee.

Tx, Laliek Im still thinking about it. My FS had said he knows very good experienced Gynae's at Krugersdorp netcare that he would recommend anytime. My FS is at Wileheuwel, Flora is also not a bad option either ... will see!

Skai, dont worry - Ms has also set in but Im trying not to complain.

Hi Ladies, I wrote a whole long post this morning only to have my internet cut out and lost it all So here goes again...

Patricia - congrats again! Glad out little group is growing nicely

Lalie - so glad your baby is happy and healthy...and already growing like a little trooper!

Hapi - must have been amazing to hear 2 heartbeats! And how incredible they were conceived on different days! And best of luck with finding a new gynae - I'm sure you'll find one you love!

AFM - I spoke too soon the other day and MS has set in Luckily it's just nausea for now but leaves me feeling pretty frot. I'm also still feeling really tired a lot of the time...luckily I'm able to nap often Oh, and this morning I booked my first scan for next monday 11am....I can't wait. Lalie - I think you are right, I'll feel better after seeing a heartbeat.

Anyway, hope everyone has a lovely evening...

I grew up on the far westrand, Randfontein actually. I know my friend (who still stays in Randfontein) is at Dr van Rooy at Krugersdorp Netcare. I was there once and wasn't too impressed with him but this was quite a few years back. She seems to be happy with him! Why don't you try gynaes at Flora or Wilgeheuwel?

Oh so me and you are not that far apart, one tweenie is 7 wks 5 days and another 7wks 4 days. it seems they were conceived a day apart because of the 2 iui's on 24 or 25 Nov.

I live in the far westrand, Krugersdorp. I guess I have to get a gynae around that area.
