Afternoon ladies

Just been catching up on the happenings, so so sad about annika, My thoughts and prayers to her and her family.

Has anyone heard from BabyorBust again? is everything ok with her LB?

My sis in law had a baby boy over the weekend, born at 3.4 kg's so the family is very happy and faffing over the new addition. he is so cute! Made me wish my due date was sooner!

Skai - did you or candiB mention a CT get together? who else is from CT? I'd be keen to join:)

Had my check up yesterday morning. Baby very well, nearly 1.4 kgs and moving a hell of alot. I feel ok, just getting heavy now and the feet are more swollen than ever. Also booked my hospital bed yesterday, so it's all becoming a reality now. I better start shopping!
We are also in the process of purchasing a house as the current house is too small, we needed an extra room. We are still waiting on the transfer to take place and there is work to be done at the new house so you ladies can imagine how stressful life is at the moment.

You guys were also chatting about fedding bra's the other day. I purchased the woolies ones last time I breastfed (because that's all I could afford) but I must say I would prefer to buy the carriwell ones this time. Yes they are much more expensive but the woolies ones are useless and provide no support whatsoever. my breast pads kept popping out too!

I will try to upload pics from my previous scan at 24 wks. Yesterday the dr only gave me 1 pic of the feet

Hapi - I'd also opt for the 4 months! That's great that you'll have the rest of the year off! Yup, I think I'll stop working at the end of the month....well, I may still see one or 2 clients but we'll see...

I see Gerne has actually changed her name to Grenaat. Her sister Annika (who occasionally chatted on here with us) had a scan the other day at 21 weeks and the Dr thinks her LG may be paralyzed and deformed She apparently does have a large cyst which is in the way of getting a proper view of baba and is stunting her development. Hopefully they can remove it and she'll be fine. Such an awful thing to go through though!
