Hi there ladies

Sjoe it is freezing today!!

I just wanted to pop in and say hi to everyone.

I'm 31 weeks today whoohoo!!! Can't believe in just a week I'll be 8 months pregnant - time flew by so fast!

I'm heading off now, got permission to go work from home for the rest of day yay!! Have a lovely weekend ladies, take good care of yourselves and your babas!

PS: I think my baba is starting to run out of space now as I'm not getting kicks anymore but more like jabs from he starts stretching and moving - it's flippen sore lol!! Woke me up about 4 times last night - ah man I can't wait to hold this little man!!!

I am doing fine, work is quiet, so I am taking it easy
A was so busy last night it was so nice, I do not feel her much during the day and I do get worried, but she makes up for it when I go to bed at night, it is so nice

Wow, that's a fantastic weight for twins!
Hapi - your gynae sound great. Always comforting to know the little one's (and yourself) are being looked after really well.

I must say, I find the 'not knowing' part of pregnancy both exciting AND frustrating! We have no idea when baba is going to arrive (Well, some of us can at least know that ) how much they'll actually weigh, what they'll look like (other than from the 3D pics of course), how delivery is going to go, if we'll be able to breastfeed easily or really struggle.....etc etc.... So all we can do is wait and see and try and be patient At least we can all keep each other company in the meantime....

I really hope that everything goes according to plan and they are at a healthy weight when born.

My Gynae did say that he has tentatively booked the theater for c-sec but he said that if im still able to carry past 36/37 weeks he wont take them out until later. Which really gives me the comfort that the girls well-being comes first.

Its amazing how your mindset shifts once you are pregnant because you promptly realise that its not about you but the well-being of your little one.

Hapi I wanted to tell you my one friend got pregnant with twins - naturally - boy and a girl and she had her c-section at 38 weeks on 02 June. They weighed in at 3.5kg and 3.8kg - which is quite big for twins!! So if everything goes according to plan you should have no problem what so ever to carry until then if your gynae is happy with all! I'm holding thumbs you make it there!!
