Ankia - when is W's party? Hope it is a success andnot too tiring for you.

Naz - I'm sure your little one will stay put till after Eid. And hopefully has turned head down now - let us know what doc says. I'm going to VP - was originally going to be at Constantiaberg but changed gynaes and hospitals in first trimester....so that I could be with my wonderful midwives

Gabi - so good to hear from you again! And you certainly aren't the last preggy lady left Saw my midwife this morning and she said I shouldn't expect my little guy to arrive before my due date (which is next friday!) So seems I most likely have a couple more weeks to go still. Also means he'll probably be around the 4kg mark...but I'm not stressing about that...scans are so inaccurate (hey TaNasha )

Hapi - hope you are doing better!!!

Candy - Zoe is gorgeous and motherhood really suits you. But how on earth do you have the time to update FB, BBM AND moomie??? supermom already!

Gabi - nice to hear from you. I am also finishing up at work on Friday, will be just over 37 weeks. I still have so much to do though! I hope I can finish it on friday cos I don;t think my work will be too impressed if I came back next week hehehehe.

Ankia - we're nearly there, are you having a party for W?

Tanasha - how did it go at the chiro? Colic babies are the worst, my daughter had colic and believe me I was in tears nearly every day because i could never put her down and all she ever did was cry cry cry - day and night. I battled to bond with her in the beginning because i felt so inadequate not being able to make her happy

AFM - I am seeing the dr on thurs and I am praying that this little bugger has turned into position. I am definitely feeling lots of pressure and going to the loo alot more than before. And I can't get enough sleep! my body is very very sore though.
I am still not too keen on a c-sec but if it best for baby then i will have to. It's Eid on 30/31 aug, I am just hoping baby stays put until after that.
Our transfer for the new house also finally went through today, we're still renovating though - but probably have another 2-3 weeks work. i would like to move before baby comes but at this stage I cannot stress abt it anymore

I am doing fine, I had such a good sleep last night, only woke the first time at 04:30, but only because my little boy was screaming for me, he could not find his duvet

Wow - so glad I can log in again! With my work laptop I cannot log in, so I am taking over my fiance's laptop.
I have been reading all of your posts! Its so exciting, so many little babies have arrived! I feel like I am the only one left who is still preggers!

Congrats to all the new mommies! Well Done to all of you!

Candi - Well done, Zoey looks gorgeous!

AFM - 38 weeks now and really feeling uncomfortable and sore. Seeing the gynae every week now (sometimes I think its a money making scheme for them to have to see you so often!) and basically we are waiting for my little fella to drop into my pelvis. The doc says he has a big head, so he thinks little fella may struggle to drop and squeeze into my pelvis! I had an x-ray to measure the size of my pelvis and my measurements are 10 and little fella's head is a 9.3 at the moment. So we will see, the doc says that if he has not dropped by the 29th August, then he will have to deliver him via c-section, which I am not too keen on, but whatever is best for baby!
Struggling to sleep, little fella weighs 3kg's already and I have really battled with my back - I have had a hot water bottle basically strapped to my back for over a month now, but as everyone keeps telling me "Its nearly over!"

I am finishing up work this week, I am busy handing over to my temp, so hopefully I am finished by Friday. I still have so much to do. The Nursery is nearly done, I am just waiting for my compactum (my dad is re-furbishing my old school desk, its the perfect size!).

How is everyone else?

Esmé has colic, we are going to the chiripractor for the 1st time tomorrow, so hopefully that will help. Today she has been awake from 8 am and she only fell asleep at 6.30 PM, so I am exhausted.
