As for your MS... try Vomifeen, if that doesn't work, there are 3 others that I tried. I eventually stopped with the anti-nausea tabs, cause it made me worse... and my MS started to fad about last week [14 weeks] but I still can't handle much food or smell, then WAHAPA, The motion returns and I'm left to my 100m dash to find the white elephant.

How's your man handling the pregnancy? my DF/DH is missing out on everything,

How is everyone???

So its the big 12 week mark today - now I feel like I am pregnant!

I find that I have the most energy in the mornings then from about 12:00 the exhaustion hits. Its weird I feel tired in the afternoon then when it comes time to sleep I just can't! So frustrating!

Found a new place so we will be moving so I have lots of packing to do. The new place has such a great room for the nursery, I can't wait to start putting the nursery together (i know its still very early but I can start planning can't I??)

Do any of you ladies have pain when you stand up?

My nausea is still pretty bad - when does it start to let up? I'm getting pretty sick of water and marie biscuits!

As for the sinus, I asked my doc, when i had that terrible flu, he said safe side was to use homeopathic nasal spray, but i was so clogged up, and suffering from headaches too. I had some Otrivin at home, and he said it was safe to take it, but first make sure all is happiness with him. I'm just speaking from personal experience, I think i've seen my doc about 5 times and with scans making sure baby is 100% before I take anything [had to go so many times cause of the way I was bleeding in my first trimester...

Joey - headaches are quite common but if it gets worse or too bad to handle go see your doc please as it may be a sign of a vitamin shortage or something as well!

AFM: I've been suffering from bad sinus this entire weekend. Seriously feeling the stuffiness and with that comes sinus headaches urg. I'm seeing doc this afternoon at 15h15 for our scan so I'm going to ask him to prescribe me something for sinus - I really feel gross today urgh.

BUT on the good side - we'll find out today (if little one flashes) if it's pink or blue!!!!!!!!! I can't wait, I'm so excited!!!

I'm a chronic insomniac [well that's what the docs called it] LOL...

I've been on so many sleeping tablets, but the one i'm on now is actually an antihistamine tablet which in 100% safe, i've asked 5 doctors. It's called Aterax.

At first when I started them I had massive nightmares... but they gone now, but the docs want me to slowly come off them, cause I go into a deep sleep, and they say that's not good for a newborn baby in your house. gotta be on high alert.

But enjoying the sleep while I can, cause I've been told by many parents, that sleep will be a gift once you have kids.

Anywhoooo, to lighten the subject. Happy last day of Feb and one day closer to your little baba

Hope it was a good weekend..

Ours was nice and very busy..I was also passed out at 20H30 last night.. Adam is being oh so cute and am just loving him. DH is a pilot so was away for the weekend.. You realise then how much he actually does when he is around cos a toddler is hard work..

Candi.. Glad you enjoyed the Wedding.. Shew you worked too hard!! Out of interest, what sleeping pills can you take when you pregnant?
