Went for my 2nd scan yesterday!! WOW!!!
I still can't believe there is a tiny little baby in my tummy!
5cm long and healthy.

So is anyone else struggling with Discovery? They are driving me mad - they refuse to pay for my gynae unless my pregnancy is a high risk pregnancy??? Is this normal?

Oh I forgot to mention
I registered with my medical aid for the "Mother Baby Program" I"m with liberty, and I got emails with info, in 2 weeks time, I'll get some brochures and vouchers in the post and plus..... I get a baby from them too ain't that cool....

it's finally happening...

Each day it feels a little more real than the day before.

I just wish the tiredness will go away... and that I can maybe finish my food, it's becoming expensive now...

As for oxygen, I feel the same, but i thought it was just me cause I haven't been to karate for the past 3 months and i thought the 'unfitness' sunk in.

I'm also in the process of changing doctors... I would really like to be at Cape Gate Hospital, but I've got shares at Durbanville [joking] I've just always gone there, but my last visit wasn't one good one at all.

Laliek, I hope baba flashes too... tee hee...

Hi everyone!

Joey - congrats! And you are most definitely welcome here...the more the merrier I find I get out of breath easily when exercising...which isn't much other than walking. And that started from really early on. I think it all the hormone changes and the extra work your heart has to do...even from early on.

Lalie - so exciting that you are feeling movement! Is it noticable all the time or just when you are being quiet and lying down?

Tracey - so glad scan went well! You'll definitely get better scans from peek-a-babe....Mel is awesome!

MrsHotRod - ha ha.... nice name So sorry to hear about your family member! Life really is fragile...

Ankia - are you also going to Genesis? You guys are so lucky....it looks amazing!
