Hi Ladies.
Wow this phase has been really really hard for me and I am battling to cope.
As some of you might know, Kylie was back in hospital this week.....Saturday night at 12:00 Kylie had another apnea episode it was so so so scary luckily we live close to a hospital and rushed there. When we got there they did suctioning again and she vomited out slime again and was breathing again. The next day we did a tun of tests and they also did a lumber punch!

it was awful!! Anyway long story short (sorry I'm so tired and need to get some shut eye) they say she has reflux and because the milk was in her tummy for a while and mixed with the acids that is why it formed the slime.
We are now at home and she is sleeping at quite a high angle and I am getting no sleep what so ever because I refuse to put her down if she has not burped properly and when I do put her down every single noise makes me jump out of bed to check on her and make sure she is breathing.
She is also eating quite a bit this morning she was on the breast for two hours

and I find that if I put her in the sling...she just screams I don't know if it is because she is not perfectly straight or what but she just doesn't like it

My husband has been really really fantastic with helping out at the house but still it has been so so hard and on top of it all I am pretty sure I have the baby blues
Tanz u make me laugh I have not even thought about contraception but it is a worry. R is so so gorgeous man!!

Elrike I would have been FURIOUS!! that is horrible what L had to go through
Lol Skitter you put a smile on my face there hope today was better
Deja I am with you on that one! I also follow everybody's updates from my phone but it is so hard to reply....and then when I finally do get a chance to quickly send an update I am so nervous I leave somebody out that I rather don't post until I can do personals

silly.. Deja and skitter I also heard that you can't fall pregnant when exclusively breastfeeding but shoe....

that is a huge risk to take.
Claire so sorry you little ones are sick...
Thanks for the wishes Christi...I hope you have a blessed Christmas and a lovely new year as well.
Just a question ladies...we are looking for somebody to come and help out at home maybe 3 days on day shift and 3 at night. we are looking for somebody that has cpr training and experience with newborns....don't know where to start looking does anybody have any advice? It is mostly for when dh goes back to work just in case Kylie has another apnea.
It really does not feel like Christmas to me at all...but for all you ladies I hope you all have a very blessed Christmas and a prosperous new year!
