Oktober & November 2011 Mammas

I'm a 2nd time mom and not concerned about Shane. Hopefully the birth will be during the week so during the day he will be with his nanny as usual and at night come visit me with my DH. I've never spent a night away from Shane so its going to be hard not seeing him in the morning and night.

Claire, lucky for me pants are not the problem. I bought 3 pairs during my 1st pregnancy, its the tops that seem to be difficult. I think thats another reason one can be extra grumpy during pregnancy. If you clothing isnt comfortable then I get grumpy.

Yip, my friend had her baby. 3.5kgs! Just perfect. He is so cute...makes me want to fast forward time to hold this little one!

Thanks to everyone for posting weights. I feel a bit better seeing as everyone (except Lizel!) is putting on. Lindy, I think 5 is perfect for where you are.

Lindy - CONGRATS on the girl!!!!!! Yay! I love all the pink stuff! Makes me want to go buy! I'm convinced I'm having a girl. Maybe I should buy some pink things, then I can always keep the label on and exchange it if I'm wrong.

Lourina - cute pic! Is that the only one your doc gave you? I can see why you say you can't tell gender from that. I love that baby calms you down! Wish I could say the same!

Liz - sounds like you need a coffee/rooibos tea break! I hate it when people are inconsiderate!

Sal - I couldn't find pants that fit right when I went maternity clothes shopping. I'm living in 2 pairs that fit and on wash days I wear my pj's! It's really bad! My bum is huge!

Exciting about the move, Lizel! Even if you only move after baby is born...it'll be so nice to have a brand new house!

Deja - thanks for that list! I lost it, so I made a new one! (for my friend who just had her baby) Seems like the new one has much less on it! Guess a lot of that stuff isn't so "essential" after all.

Ok, so here's a question for the 2nd time mommies: What are you planning on doing with your little ones while you're in the hospital? I'm a little bit panicky about the whole thing. I've only ever spent one night away from C and can't imagine spending 3 nights away! Also I think if he's at home, he'll notice I'm gone even more. I would really love for him to go stay with someone, but I have no idea who. What are your plans?

Shame man, my doctor told my husband the moods are a sign that we do not get enough love and attention at home, hahaha.
My hubby has been supporting me like there's no tomorrow so I can not complain.

Net bo-kant jou naam gaan daar 'n blokkie wees wat sê "Edit", en dan "Update your Profile". En dan kies jy "forum". Dan gaan jy sien "your board signature", right click, paste, en dit behoort daar te wees. My man het my gehelp met myne, ek is so bietjie tegnologies gestremd...hehehe, so as dit nie werk nie, skree maar, dan probeer ons weer! Dit het my maar so bietjie speelwerk gekos.

Joey, you do have a very cute baby indeed!!!!! Wow, can't believe how cute those 3d scans are! Worcester Medi-clinic do not have those facilities.

I'm so freakin irritated today, can't help myself. I'm freazing, my favourite shoes are cracked on the bottom, my shirt keeps on pulling up, and the men keep on asking dumb questions and let my phone clients which they are supposed to do. Grrrrrr.....! And I have to get up every 5 seconds to close one of my office doors, because people can't close it behind them, even though there is notices "hou deur toe, asseblief" on every door.

Ladies, I'm a real moody b*tch today. Crapped my DH out already today. Now making enemies in the office. I cant help myself, the nasty words just keep on coming. Next thing I'll be crying. gotta love pregnancy hormones.

Ladies, I put on 11kg's so far and have given up caring. I swear I'm harbouring a 5kg baby. Shane was 3.97kg and they say the 2nd is normally bigger so I might be right, hee hee.

lourina, I'm also trying to get my Lilypie thing to work and cant seem to work it out.

Cloths shopping is a no no for me. I tried on 12 maternity outfits at Mr P and not one fitted correctly. Either the arms are to short or the top makes me looks like a house. So I live in preggie jeans, tshirts and oversized jerseys.

Hell, I hope this day goes quickly and that I still have some friends and family that will talk to me by the end of it

I am trying to get all the documents ready for the building loan. I just hope we can move in before baby comes. So far we dont even have a stand yet

The name thing is still not going well, maybe we will gety a name someday for baby
