Thank you, Mandy for the advice. I have to go for bloodtest again on the 19the to make sure the baby is growing and my first appointment with Gynae is the 8th June, can't wait! Hope all goes well.

HOW STRESSFUL Marina!! Sorry hon, yes, even my gynae said only come at 8 weeks so we can detect hearbeat! so that sounds right to me!

I have had sharp pains now and then but very few .. so Im not sure why you are getting hectic pains. Drink lots of camomile calming tea and take natural rescue drops to keep you calm and then enjoy the waiting game with all of us!

I am now 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant, we are so excited!!! Due date 8 January 2012, on my birthday

I did the hpt on Thursday, 5 May 2011 and did it showed the 2 lines. Phoned my Gynea the same day and did the blood test the evening. I phoned my Gynea the Friday and received the good news that the test was positive.

The Thursday I got the flu and I started having really bad stomach pains the week before. So I started to panic.

Went to my GP on Monday and she said no pills for me for the flu and that I need to go for a sonar as soon as possible to make sure the baby is in the Uterus. I was so stressed out.

On 10 May 2011 I went for the sonar and baby is in the correct place. Was so excited. But still what is the pain? I had to go back to the GP the next day. GP said that she want to prepare me that I might have a problamatic pregnanacy, because there was no heart beat. This is my first time so how should I know, trusted my GP. Started crying and was so stressed out the whole day and night. Luckily my colleague and good friend sits with me in the office and she had 2 babies and calmed me down. She informed me that the heartbeat will only show when I am 6-8 weeks pregnant and can only be detected with the internal scan. That calmed me down and when I phoned my new Gynae the lady also said not to worry.

I am now more relax, but still I am worried up the pain, It gets so sore at times, that I want to scream! Do any of you have pain for about 15 minutes and then it goes away?

I am glad my colleague introduced my to this site. One last thing, which I should have said in the beginnig, Congrats to you all!!!

I have very very sore boobs and backache too ... and as for the nausea, i cant open my fridge at all, i holdmy breath when i need to take something out....

Ladies pls help, im in such a fix, i was notified on Wednesday that i have been successful for a job interview i went to befor i found out i was preg... I want this job so bad. I've resigned at my current job and accepted the offer, but i dunno how or when im going to tell them im preggies.... I work in HR and i know they not allowed to discriminate by law, but i am still a little nervous about telling them until i actually do start

ZelF....been at audit firm (2 different firms) for 10/11 years now:-( I NEVER thought I'd be in this profession so long because I absolutely hate it!

I spend +/- 18 months after articles in an audit firm, and after that decided that audit is really not for me. I enjoy the FM part of my job. Will keep thumbs for you for your interview - if it’s meant to be, it will work out!
