Lindy - oooohhh, let us know how your appointment goes today? So i am 3 weeks behind you and want to know what they do.. I know this is a very personal question, but please let me know if they do an internal and if it hurt? I hear some Gynaes do an internal that early on and some not?

WGRAY - So sorry - it sounds bittersweet that you found out you are not preggies, but please look at it as a blessing, as two such young ones together would be VERY HARD !! Pop your head in now and then and keep in touch!

As for me.. all good this side.. can someone tell me what dosage of Folic acid the standard preggie dosage is? I am taking an Iron supplement with folic acid and I think it says 150mg.. its not with me here but its 150 something! and I was hoping that would do as the iron tabs cost R160!!

Also i actually cant remember if im supposed to take preg vitamins right from the start or after the 12weeks, so are you guys taking them and when did you start?

Im feeling fine, Im taking the iron and folic acid at night as I believe they can make you more nauseaus and I do think it does, when i wake up for my 2yr old, I feel a bit naar!

So my period decided to come this morning, seems like missing some pills made it late...I was sad, yet relieved, as we were only going to try and ttc end of this year beginning next year...anyhow...I am happy...

Starting TTC this month so holding thumbs i'll be joining you in a few weeks! (would technically be due 2 Feb but will Caesar end Jan as I did with my son.) Good luck everyone!

Lindy glad you found us :)glad you are feeling better, yes, my boobs havent been that sensitive the last preg or this one really but i read somewhere that the sensitive boobs only start around 8 weeks so could still be on the way..
