@ 2kidmamma - we live in kraaifontein and my gynea is Dr Lizette White at durbanville mc. Her practice is moving to stb in feb so I am not sure where I give birth.

My count on wednesday was 282. Are you 5 weeks from LMP or conception? I am 5 weeks from LMP. And maybe it is twins??? On the blood test result they give the following ranges :

weeks from conception:
1 - 2 weeks : 50 - 500
3 - 4 weeks : 500 - 10,000
5 - 6 weeks : 1,000 - 50,000

Maybe you are further along?

@ everyone : I think it is important to remember that each pregnancy and each women is different and therefore babies grow at different rates. Don't worry of lose hope until the worst is confirmed.

My progesterone level is currently 15 at the moment. I spoke to another gynae and it is suppose to be 16-20...

I am currently on Centrum Materna DHA vitamins which i take every morning

My cousin just told me that her bloods at 5 weeks with both pregnancies were around 1800 both times.

@my brat my progesterone levels were also low. The dr didnt tell me the numbers. She put me on cyclogest, also 200mg, twice a day. Lots of women get it. As long as you take your supplements you'll be fine;)

I suppose it varies with each women and pregnancy.

I know my HCG levels were at 5301 at 3 weeks (not sure what they are now at 6 weeks 4 days. waiting on them to call me back

Ok, bloods are in and my count is 3268

Is that good? i am 5 weeks 1 day and the bloods were drawn yesterday.
