Morning all

Mosaneo, my delivery date has changed each time I went for a scan, it's called a sonar delivery date or something. My first EDD was 14 December, then the 8th, then the 3rd and now it's the 27th November. It depends on the baby's growth, and this baby is growing like crazy.

Momtoc, your lg is hilarious. A bead was stuck in her nostril and she said nothing? She must be very scared of being told off I'm glad it's sorted now though, and good on you for taking her straight to the ENT!

Palesa, at least you got a bag! My med aid is giving me nothing But I do think the hospital will give me a bag. I've hinted to my colleague that I really want a Babymoov bag, and even told her where to get it in town. I just hope she remembers cos I know they planning my baby shower.

AFM feeling as big as ever, but that didn't stop me from baking 4 dozen chocolate chip biscuits yesterday. I brought a whole lunch box of biscuits to work with me, and I don't even have anyone to share it with cos none of my colleagues are in the office today. Ah well, can't take it all back home with me now, so I'll just finish it off on my own

Welcome Punchysmum. I don't think Panado is dangerous but rather just double check with your gynae or one of the sisters as I know certain medications are allowed only at certain stages of pregnancy.

mosaneo, you will see on each scan that the due date doesn't always stay the same cause the baby gets bigger & then it moves your due date up. My original due date is the 12/12/12 but at my one scan it showed the 9th of Dec but when it comes to a c-sec, they have to work on your 1st scan (mostly the 12 week scan) as that is the most accurate one.

Ladie i went to see the Doc on Friday and she said that my delivery date has moved from the 16/12 to 12/12/12, a very interesting date but has it happened to yall that the doctor changes the delivery date as per the scan?

Hi ladies, I am due end nov. I have flu symptoms and decided to take panado medsip hope it's safe at 31 weeks? At ideas if I did the right thing. Baby is busy kicking while sipping the medication.

Momtoc: sorry you had to go through that, getting the bead out of her nose. Maybe she did not realise that something could be done about it and did not say anything. At least it is out now and she is okay now.

pales, I definitely can't wait for maternity leave. I've been through enough these last few months. I also can't believe that she just kept quiet!!!!!

mosaneo, that's what I'm trying to figure out.......it must've irritated the hell out of her but the ENT said that he hasn't come across one child that has ever told their parents that they stuck something up their nose. He says they just keep quiet. It must've been so bloody uncomfortable. I feel so bad for her......

I also buy all my stuff at Dischem so it won't be a problem for me

you are correct Mosa 3 days and it will all be over there`s way too much drama with gynae`s and hospital. if the gynaes`s good then hey what more can you ask for. natural birth without epidural is a nono.
