Hi Ladies,
Sorry for the silence but I couldnt log in and then I never got notifications.

My little munchkin is 1 month old!!! Im not going to lie, this has been the hardest thing ive ever done. But im so in love with her. I also think I have some depression but im feeling a bit better. If my mother in law didnt live with us and give me an hour here and there to do things, i think I would have had a breakdown.

Ava-Jade has colic. Not as bad as some babies but its hard.we have been going to the chiropractor which has helped.she also cramps alot because she doesnt poo often. When she does manage to poo its an explosion (sorry for the info). Took her to the paediatrician last week as she has a lump in her neck. Its a suspected cyst so we are seeing a specialist next week Friday. Im told its nothing to worry about though. While at the paediatrician she did the 6 week check up and said she is well ahead of the requirements even though she isnt 6 months

My partner gets back home on Friday. He left when she was 5 days old. Im sure that contributed to the depression. I cant wait to be a little family.

Hi GML - I am 3 weeks post delivery and my stitches are also still there. Pain ind discomfort is gone.

Please let me know what the dr said.

Nope it's all gone I am now as happy as can be just frustrated siting at home the whole day every day.

My stitches haven't healed. I'm actually not in pain but my stitches are there still. I'm going back to gynae to have him check me out.

MommywannaB- how are you feeling? Do you still feel depressed?

Nunuza- how are you and baby?

Quick question- where do people generally have their baby's ears pierced? I'm not planning on doing it now but just so I know where to go when I'm ready?

Hi Nunuza, no I haven't I am ok now I think it was. The bad hospital experience that was just to much for me.

We had our 2 week appointment yesterday and he is doing so well. He is now 3.13kg. His navel has also fallen off yeah.

We are due for two weeks check up. Tomorrow she will be three weeks she sucking her fingers.

Oh good to know. It's a constant stress if he is getting enough or is he ok etc. I hate this feeling! He is also sucking on his hands and thumb but he was doing that inside me aswell.

I think I have a lil bit of postnata depression. Everyday at around 5 I cry like a baby and I don't know why!

MommywannaB- I hear you. I weighed her at 1 week to see if she has gained her birth weight back. She had gained it back but still sucking in her fingers. She gained more this week so I guess she's fine
