@ Ninies, ooh I am so excited for you and bringing your son with you is beautiful. My mom did natural birth and I always wanted it as well. My sister had natural with epidural births and with her last daughter the epi didnt work properly in the beginning and she had labour pains which she said she thought that she was dying. She strongly suggested I re-think having the epi I would love to have a waterbirth but the hospital on my medical aid list does not do it... i don't think... will look into that.

@ Lisa, with PregOmega Plus you need to take one vitamin in the morning after a meal and then the other two at night after a meal. Maybe having it in the afternoons doesn't work for you? If it was me I would wait till tomorrow to take another one but I am sure it doesn't matter.

Thanks for the support ladies. Phoned my gynae. She said I must just monitor it for now and phone her immediately if it starts again. Going to the loo every 5 minutes to check

@Jaybee - Thanks hun. My appointment is at 11h30. I am very excited and cant wait to get these tests out of the way. From the next scan onwards (16 weeks) I will start taking my son with us so he can also experience the excitement.

Goodness woman....unmedicated natural birth!! Does that mean no epidural or spinal? I do take my hat off to you.
Is anyone of you brave ladies that will do natural considering water birth? If I had the option I would probably opt for that.

@ M2B3 - I am also exhausted all the time and even after small tasks. I don't have any tips but would love to hear what the other ladies say.

@ MTC, my due date is the 15 May but I am hoping for the end of April as there are WAY to many bdays in our family in May. I am going for natural un-medicated birth and really hope the baby comes sooner than later in May.

@ Inca, Gib - how are you ladies doing?

AFM, still no MS but my boobs are getting bigger and my nips are changing size I think about food all the time but afraid to say the wrong kind. I want pizza

Ninies - I am taking pregnancy vitamins at night. I will call my Gynae today and see if there is any specific I can take.

I am hungry the whole time now.

Fairychild - please contact the Gynae just in case. I think it will give you better peace of mind.

@Momtobe3 - Are you taking any pregnancy vitamins? I also get very tired in the afternoons and by 9h00 I am lights out. I sleep well, but have to wake up about 4-5 times per night to go to the loo...
Maybe you can take something like beroca (I just dont know 100% if this is safe in pregnancy though).
It should get better after 12 weeks. I remember my previous pregnancy my 2nd trimester was really the best time for me.

@Tanya1 - Good luck with the studies. It is difficult doing it part time. I also want to enrol again for something but wonder if I will get time with the new baby.

@LisaMcK - I am also struggling to sleep in the early hours after my trip to the bathroom - almost as if my body wants to tell me it has been enough now. But I dont wake up feeling hungry.
@MTC and Jaybee - how are you ladies feeling today?
