Due April/May 2016

@gib - I know, I also dont feel well after taking them and they are way too expensive. I also thought I was done with it now. But on the other hand if I dont take them and something happens, I will not forgive myself.

So I guess I will continue for another month... hope he does not put me on it again. He said even woman who get early contractions gets put on it so looks like it is safe for a whole pregnancy...

So exciting Ninies, congrats.

I will be DEVASTATED if my gynae says I have to continue the utragestan past 12 weeks (I am also 36). I have been having horrible side effects - and its expensive. Keep telling myself at least I only have to take it for 2 more weeks.

@ Gib, oh what a beautiful photo and it must be so awesome to see the little one.

@ M2B3 - We are also going on the MSC Sinfonia cruise to nowhere on the 15 Jan and Gynae said all is fine but I might get sea sick. I was on a 5 day cruise two years ago and didn't get sick, so who knows. I will be just a few days short of 23 weeks?

@ Ninies, so sweet and glad all went well. Been active is such good news and I am so happy for you. My Gynae also put me on Uterogestan again and I do think its the age as I am 36 too.

I just came back from the gynae for my 12 week scan. We had to wait for him as he was running late with his appointments. Everything is well with baby.The baby was very very active and we could see hands and feet moving, baby turning from side to side...amazing. The doctor actually struggled to get the measurements...
All looks good. I am 12w5d according to his measurements. Ovia has it as 12w4d. Baby measures at 6.4cm and the NT measurement is 1.6mm, which is good as it must be below 5mm else it indicates a chance of a downs baby.
I also had to go for First trimester downs syndrome tests - luckily only one test. The results will be available next week Wednesday. My gynae only has a 2D machine so my pic is not as clear as some of the 4D pics.


Doctor also prescribed more utrogestan....ahhhhh I though I was done with it now. But he says it is harmless and it will prevent any kind of contractions. I think my age (almost 36) makes him take these precautions.

Yay all looks good! Baby healthy, has grown and was wriggling around. So relieved. 10 weeks 3 days so due date 3rd May.

Blou - we at least get our full deposit back. But yes, it really does suck. My boys were looking forward to the big white cruise ship. But we are going to try and go later in next year then.
