I had my doc app yesterday, measuring 32weeks 1 day and baba is weighing 1.9 kg which is awesome, hes been alot more active, we have check ups every 2 weeks from now on and in 4 weeks I have my stitch removed and then if baba is still baking I will be induced just after 39 weeks. Time is flying by and I cant believe how fast it's gone.

I looked at the spinning babies website and the exercises look a bit hectic - I can't even look under the bed or couch for long and then I'm light-headed. But it seems like she has turned because I'm getting a lot of hard kicks and large movements in the top half of my belly.

Toni, you can go to a chiro. they are very helpful. also check out the website spinning babies.
please just do not do anything before 37 weeks. there is still a lot of time for baby to turn.

i'm doing cloth nappies and cannot wait to see that newborn fluff bum.

i'm 32 weeks today. been at the gynie and all looks good.
baby has turned and looks like he might be a big baby. my eldest was 3,8kg and at 32 weeks he was 2,3kg's
this little rascal is already 2,4kg's. we might reach the 4kg mark if he stays in till 40 weeks.

Just thought I'd pop in and let you know today is shoprites red Friday and today only they have the Pampers active dry on special for 125 a bag from size 2.

Baba has already turned With our last appointment so he or she is also eager to meet us i hope. We are painting the cot this weekend and then we will start finalising our nursery, i am looking forward to washing baba's clothes and packing everything away.

I've been been so sick the last 2 weeks with flu but feeling better

@ayesha Yes, she told me to do a gentle sweeping massage  from bum to head and to talk nicely with the little miss while I do it.

I'm going to try to do more walking as well and sitting on an exercise ball. I have been more of a couch potato the last few months so that probably didn't help.

@toni my little guy is laying the same, did the midwife tell you how to encourage baba to engage?
