Mommys to be in SEPTEMBER 2010

I am new to this blog, but would love to chat to other mommies, I am 20 weeks pregnant,and it's our first.

Yep it is and I so want to change my status from fresh border so please guys lets chat.

kerry I like the second one. For now my baby
will be Zakumi as in the 2010 World cup mascot even though she is a girl.

So very quiet here? Well lets start a debate huh?

Hubby and i chose a name and both of us saw it and agreed that was it we had to use it... then time went on and now we are debating the spelling.... so lets vote?

Kaelyn Cynthia Adams Or Kaylin Cynthia Adams...???

was so nice and warm.If only one could move.

In terms of buying I havent bought anything
will start this weekend with nappies.Big things
we have from my LG (so we have a cot, pram and car seat). So we will have to buy a compactum and the smaller items.

Good Morning Ladies
Another week - ho hum
Looks like it will be quite a cold & wet one in Cpt

Had quite a nice weekend - went out for supper and saw Iron Man II on Fri. Spent most of Sat relaxing then went to visit friends who had a baby girl last Mon - too gorgeous!!
And then spent yesterday lazing, watching tv etc.
I haven't had any cravings (yet) and haven't asked DH for any weird things at weird times, but on Sat eve, at about 21h30, I all of a sudden got really hungry for chips & chocolate, so DH kindly volunteered to get me some - so sweet!

So far all we have is the pram (Graco Mirage Plus Travel System) and the Cot. Have already gotten a few clothes etc from friends and am expecting quite alot of smaller things from the shower (nappies, bibs, babygro's etc etc) so we are just buying the big items now. We have just chosen the paint for the nursery, so will start on that soon, then will do the decor & order the linens.
I picked up my Discovery bag on Fri - very exciting to start using all the vouchers!

Well hello there, sorry i have been a little scarce... it's been just so hectic! At work i handle a couple of payrolls so you know those lovely IRP5 things you get once a year... well the 11 companies i work on have to have them submitted... so i have been trying to manage my usual work load plus do those and three of our other staff members are away so the remaining staff have to cover their work...

and when i go home it's the puppy and the baby room... which is starting to look pretty with it's new paint...

And Cornitalia, yes feeling drowsy is normal... i also fall asleep every time i stop for five minutes, thankfully hubby is so understanding... i just wish i could be, i ger so darn angry with myself and feel like i am just being lazy and... he now cooks most nights and does most of my chores too... poor poor man i need to make it up to him. Just make sure your Iron levels and thyroid levels are fine as those can cause you to feel even more tired.

And at 23 weeks (nearly 24 weeks)we already have a crib and drawers and we got a chelino pram too the urban detour, it comes with a car seat too.. and not to mention every time we go to the shops we throw in a pair of socks or a baby grow or bibs and booties or something, but it needs to be mentioned that since it's the first grandchild on both sides of our family and there hasn't been a baby on either side of our family for a good ten years... theres massive spoiling going round... soon as we said it's a girl at week 21 the spending started...
