Mom2b I can answer a few of those questions:
There is no 'wrong' or 'right' weight for a natural birth. The biggest baby I have delivered was 4.8kg and the mom didn't even tear or need to be cut or anything.
It's not really the size of the baby that matters, but rather the shape of your pelvis.
The rule of thumb is that if your shoe size is 3 or bigger, you should be able to have a natural birth.
You will still have the vaginal bleeding even after a c-sec as the uterus still needs to contract down to it's normal size and while it shrinks, it expels all the left over blood etc.
The maternity panties should be higher than the c-sec cut. the Cut is generally very low, in your pubic hair region and the panties are generally up to your belly button so it shouldn't cause any problems, but stay away from these for at least the first 7 days while the stitches heal
You will not feel any pain during the c-sec as they will do a spinal block. you will feel them tug and pull to get the baby out, but there is no pain.
Afterwards, well this pain varies from mom to mom. some say they got up and walked after a few hours and other's say they couldnt do anything for themself for a week.
There is no way to tell how you will respond to the pain and recovery but the best advice is that when the sister's tell you to start mobilising and walking, do so. the quicker you are up and about, the easier it will get for you
hope that helps a bit!!
I am so excited for you ladies.
don't be impatient

I know you all want to meet your little ones and you're getting tired now, but remember a normal pregnancy can be up to 42 weeks so if yours comes at 40 weeks, that's great!!!
