Mommys to be in SEPTEMBER 2010

hello ladies

my little one is due on the 8th of Sept and weighed 3.6kg at my gynie app this morning at 38weeks and 2 days.

She will be earlier than her EDD of the 14th of sept then but have to say cant wait to hold her!!!!

Afternoon Ladies!
Just came back from a gynae visit, baby is weighing 3.4 at 38wks4days. Gynae has now changed the birth date to Monday the 6th (so m counting the days )
Can't wait to finally hold her in my arms. But ill b having a C-Sec tho.
M abit scared, is it safe to do it at 39wks? M scated that something might go wrong.

Ginah - Good luck! Hope all goes well.

I went to see my gynae today. Asked about the discharge, it is normal as long as it is not itchy & smelly.

Phumi weighs 3.2kg, all looking good for a natural and she is still in a good position & the placenta is in a right place also. 2 weeks to go!

And my gynae always gives me classes on birth and everything. So after the check up there`s a session which i quite like. We talk about how to push, painkillers, labor process & everything else under the sun.

Thanks Sher, it is confusing maybe thats why they didnt say anything. But then again I move around during the day so food gets digested where as at night you are sleeping.

You baby is rowing nicely, looks like you might have the natural birth after all cos she is not too big. I wonder what Zakumi will come out weighing coz yerrrrr my pubic bone has had it. Hope the infection isnt too hectic.

I saw Zakumi sucking her tongue the other time.
Anyway ladies will chat on Sunday or Monday with my birth story.

ginah, i did know about not eating just before a surgery but thought yours was way too early too stop

think its for any surgery though. you cant eat most times after 10pm.... but your delivery time is 2pm. so that is a long wait

i had my 36 week app yesterday, went well, baby is now 2.7 and still need to drop a bit more. she is low though but I have 4 weeks for that to happen. i saw her suck a thumb and put her foot in her mouth and then back with both feet resting on my ribs

doc 4D was not working so could not get color prints and was hard to see on the black and white 2D... murphys law that she would suck a thumb and I dont see it clear or get a nice a pic...that was a bummer.....

oh I might have a infection so lets see, they sent my urine away, looked like something...i think its bladder infection, i did have a slight burn from last week. so if comes back from lab with that, she will give me anitbiotics...

I will phone them in the morning but from what you have told
me its 8hrs prior. Which means I should have breakfast at 7
coz I am going in after 2pm.

You are super lucky for going in, in the morning. I am number four
on that day. I just hope they dont take up all the pvt rooms coz i am so looking forward to having one.

Just also did my last shopping today, Had to go swop a couple of items. I had four bags from the showers so I had to swop the one and give away the other. Now I am left with 2 atleast. I also had
too many blankets, so had to swop 2 for hooded towels since I didnt have enough.
