yip I know she is lying on my bladder most times, i know that pushing her way through there most times, last scan she was on my bladder and now she moves up and kicks but somehow she manages to find her way back to be cosy on my bladder :)

wish she moves elsewhere now, not much space down the bladder - hee hee

Well thats because it's not just your stomach your little one is squeezing the space out of...

I also wasn't making it through the night... in fact the other day we went to the shop and i needed the loo so i went and DH waited... then no sooner did i come out did i need to go ahain...

Good thing DH has a sense of humour and walked back to the loo with me and waited patiently as i went again

see I dont really have a sweet tooth, but I like Super M choc ...

I drink lots of fluids, water like 2 L a day, thats always been the case for me since little. now I have one or two glasses of cold milk in the day, and glass of orange juice with dinner.... but about 2:30am I am dying for the loo and thirsty :)

mostly genetics, i am sure.

I definately seem to eat less per sitting than i used to... baby is squashing my tummy i am sure... but thing is i will soon be hungry again and make up for the loss...

Before i got pregnant i used to eat only supper... which really annoyed my GP but thats another story

Now i eat at ten and again at twelve and then supper at 5ish... not to mention snacking in between on whatever happens to cross my path...

I read that you only need one extra small snack a day to sustain the pregnancy, anything after that is extra... but if i were were you i'd say trust your instincts your body will let you know if you need the food or not... eat if you are hungry. And if you feel like a glass of milk before bed have it (i see at some point or another most of us have developed the habbit)

:-) DH and i discovered at the grocery store that they sell 1 litre super M in strawberry and chocolate... so every few weeks we get one of each, he has a glass of chocolate and i have the strawberry every night as desert...

I wonder if the size of ones belly has anything to do with the size of baby. everyone keeps saying eat healthy, eat more, cause baby needs to put on weight but how much can you eat, yes we have days where we eat more than usual but sometimes i cant eat more than what i used to before being pregnant, my eating has not changed really. snack more often but not much more food than usual....

is it genetics that determines the size of a baby ?

Lerato - I'm going to work til 16 Aug (if my doc agrees) and will come back 6 June

Kerry - I agree, sometime I'm amazed at how small I am, and sometime (like today!) I feel huge! But as DH says - there is something special inside

Sher - I always need to snack throughout the day, so no changes there, but I def can't eat as much as I used to - baba must be squishing up my stomach

its been quiet

anyone of you ladies have a specific routine for eating - like every 2 hours or 3 hours you eat a snack or meal and what do you eat ....
