Well, I've had an interesting 2 days. Tuesday afternoon I started to get a headache so i took a panado - my last one. I felt a bit off in the afternoon but put it down to exhaustion as I really hadn't slept well the night before.
Then Wed morning i woke up at 2am with another headache (probably the one from the prevoius afternoon just coming back). Of course I had no panado's left so couldn't take anything. Also couldn't get back to sleep so tossed and turned until 6am when all of a sudden I just suddenly had to run to the bathroom and vomited. 6:30 I vomited again. (i never had morning sickness so i put this down to the headache not getting treated - not unusual for me).
Anyway, I wasn't feeling great, just weak and tired and concerned i might vomit some more. So i knew it was a really quiet day at work for me so i phoned it sick and decided to spend the day at home. As a precautionary measure I went to get my blood pressure checked as I know high blood pressure can cause headaches and vomited. Well, turned out my blood pressure was super low - 90/40! So I was told to drink Rehydrate, which i dutifully did whilst spending the day lying on the couch resting.
That evening (yesterday) was the first of our normal antenatal classes. So off DH and i went a bit nervous, not sure what to expect. I absolutely loved it! WAs really nice. There are only 4 couples in our group and is a first pregnancy for all of us. Was really nice can't wait for next week. We even each got a little goodie bag with nice baby product samples etc in it. And on Tuesday I'm going for a free aqua-aerobics session (part of the antenatal deal) - quite excited and nervous for that.
Anyway, so this morning we went off to the gynae for my routine appointment - 23 weeks. He was running late but once he got there is was great. Baby was so active he struggled to get a good pic. He didn't seem too concerned about my low blood pressure and when he took the reading this morning it was nicely up to 110/70 so that is much better. I slept really well last night and am feeling much better today so that's great.
