lol that is why I am suprised. I have never heard him use the word Mine. I think at home we do the I give you something, you say thank you then you give it back and I say thank you. which works in teaching him that it is okay to give as he will get it back. He clearly thought he would not get the pram back.

Mom of Dylan and Partner to Joerg. We live in the Beautiful Pringle Bay which is along the Whale coast, Cape.

lol @ the pram Julz! Julz its so funny...cause Addy is not scared to stand her ground with us! Anything that belongs to me becomes her 'mine'. I do believe she tried to shove me the other day for taking something from her...so maybe just other kids make her nervous?? Adults? bring it! lol

We pay R100 at the indian food place for a little dish of butter chicken, one garlic naan and some dahl (sp??). And a small dessert I dont eat. So your R100/head is going far.

I dont mean w.r.t cooking...maybe its just a coloured thing...lol. Cant explain it.

Ally i hate mince curry...the only thing i eat with mince is lasagna or meat balls...otherwise...no thank you!

Ally vix is right 100 per head booze included is really well done.

Simone Addy sounds so sweet.

We went to a party for a 2 year old. Dylan was facinated by the sisters pink goodies. He came out with the pram which he always loves and the birthday boy decided he wanted it too. So cute these two. Dylan pushed him and said MINE. Wow I was shocked and did tell Dylan to share but also pleased that he stood his ground a bit.

Vix, I actually haven't gotten the vodka yet, I just need one bottle though so it will be like R90. And then everyone is bringing their own drinks. But all the food is about R100 a head. Including 2 types of curry, rice, naan, poppadoms, extra's like chillies, coriander, limes and then chocolate mousse and coconut cake. Oh and spag bol for the kids.

Simone, I'm so lucky! My family and friends are all sooo appreciative and they love praising me when I cook so i don't have that worry. And almost NONE of them have tasted my curry. When I told my cousin I'm having a curry night she said "oh gross curry!!" and I said "not curry like you know it!" They think curry is that curry mince with rice crap! That is gross lol. So they'll all be pleasantly surprised! hehe

I really hope my darlings sleep now! Going to put them down at 1. Hoping they have a nice long nap so I can take my brother and come do the butter chicken when I get back.

Yoza- welcome back! How is your 1st day going?

Nicole- I hope the dietition can help your gran's health improve! She's been through a lot this past year or so hey?

Simone- I'm sure your dreams are telling of your fears but they are not a sign of the future! That job at coke is yours!

Ally- your party has worked out at R100 per head including booze? That's actually great!

Elwyn was great this weekend, he's letting me sleep whenever I need it, the difference between this pregnancy and the last is phenominal, he's so in tune with me this time around! He's even changing poop nappies now if I need to sleep whereas before he would wake me to change a poop.
