Lisha glad you had a nice night.

Simone Dylan got a really bad rash from measles inj. He got that bug at the same time which is why he landed up in hospital and they checked for measles. He didn't get a fine rash though. He had mmr last week so hopefully no rash this time.

Hey moms

So so excited that today is first day of WC B) B) B) Can't wait for match today and fx for Bafana Bafana!!!
Did you guys watch the concert last night. I only watched here & there but PVR'ed it so will watch the whole thing this weekend.

Ally how did the creme brulee turn out?

Simone hope Addy's rash doesn't get worse, glad it isn't accompanied by fever though.

Nicole hopefully new routine works for you guys.

Mandy sounds like you have a great routine there with Cam.

Vix wonder why C is troubling these nights. Not teething again? Hope he settles down soon.

Shrey was relatively good last night, probably cos he only slept around 9p.m. Woke up this morning with a big smile and a big hug for me  Glad it's Friday today ...

Hi ladies.

Vix xen is perfect. Dylan has those strawberry marks which took ages to go.

Vix you must be frustrated with C. Maybe full sleep training again.

We had a few bad nights last week and I put Dylan into our bed and Neil said he wasn't happy as he was worried it would become a habit so this week back to normal.

We let Dylan eat and then run around for an hour or so. Bath at 7 30, bottle at about 8 in the lounge and he calms right down and then he signals sleep by turning onto his side and I take him to bed. He normally goes straight to sleep. Tonight he won't due to this post. :(

Morning mommies,

Firstly a little important note for a special little kitty:

Does anyone know of anyone in the Gauteng area who might want an abandoned kitten? I haven't seen it yet but it's aparently grey with blue blue eyes but still so young it is having to be bottle fed. My nephew found it in the veld abandoned but they can't keep it because of their dogs. It had wet lungs but they took it to the vet who said it is very mucky to be alive. My SIL is desperate to find a good home for it, the SPCA told her they'll put it down because they have too many cats. Sad isn't it!

O.k now down to mommy business:

Mandy- still wanna know if you found the tea and if it worked?

I am having trouble with C again! Meds don't work and no meds don't work, northing is helping, he is waking at least twice a night. I am forcing him to lay down and go back to sleep every time, we usually fight for a little while and eventually I can creep out of the room. It's driving me mad, he used to sleep though all the time and now when I really need full nights sleep he's waking more and more.

Nicole- why don't you leave Keiran at creche just a little later, pop home prepare dinner already and then all 3 can relax and do NOTHING (except watch the match) together?

simone fx for coke, when will you hear?

Ally - you might also have guest bloggers on your site - like someone who is into wines and stuff - maybe get someone from one of the cape wine estates to blog every two weeks or so matching their wines to your dishes.. :)

Simone Addy is so so clever

Nelria - Xen is beeeauuuuutiifffuuulll

Zee - how you today? I spoke to my Dh about needing to get out and do more exciting things and he was very open to it! :) it felt great..

Nicole - our routine for cam at night is lots of laughing and playing when he gets home during supper, after and then during bath etc then after bath i snuggle with him in his room with the light off and bottle in mouth and let him get a bit drowsy.. maybe 5 - 10 minutes, then i pop him in the cot and then leave him too it.. Sometimes he gets up and calls for me, mostly he goes right to sleep but our rule is NEVER go back into the room.. He got that within a few nights and now its heaven.. And i know what you are saying , their routine goes crazy when they are sick, but you just have to be a little strict again when better - everytime or else it will get worse and worse, these little ones are WAY too clever

Nicole - thanks for the nutura meds - im gonna try them, it cant harm!

Morning Mommies.

Aw man Xen is so perfect, he looks absolutly adorable. Well done Nelria and Brett! :) Thanks for the update and pic Vix!

Vix mmmm Gammon, I love it!

Simone most nights i dont mind lying with him because he use to go to bed very early (before 6;30) so it was our quality cuddling up time. But now the last two nights he has been going to sleep at 20:15. so from tonight I am only going to bath him at 19:30 and hopefully he will settle nicely. Keiran also still has a milk bottle at night times.

Hope the meet between brother and sister goes well today. very curious to know what Lea's reaction will be.

We get to go home early today. 13:00, but Keiran is still sleeping at that time at creche so we will leave at 14:00 and then pick Keiran up. :)
