Hi ladies

Hope you are all doing well.

Zamzie, please check in soon, I hope everythign is fine!

Simone, hope you've got good news for us as well.

Shame, Angie, it must be really bad not having a baby sitter! I'm just glad I've got mine.

Angie, not much planning for my own party ... But we will discuss everything this weekend. I really think the spicy food idea is good, maybe a breyani and chicken korma?

Sounds as if I didn't get the job I wanted but I'll get over it. I'm just going to allow myself a day or two for sulking. At least I still got a job and I love it :)

Oh, I took Z for the hepatitis shot yesterday afternoon. Luckily she took it okay but started crying when we walked into the clinic :( Poor thing. She had the rest of the 18 m shots earlier.

Enjoying Z so much now, she is really at the "anything you can do I can do better" stage, she copies us all the time and all the new words are so precious. You should hear her say "kielie kielie"!

Any hoo, I'm off. Chat to you soon. Hope you all have a lovely day.

Hi guys,

Scanned through everything so much to cath up on...
Simone sooo sorry to hear about retrenchment.. hope things work out for you soon!
Zamzie - waiting to hear if all is well after gynae visit?
Vix, glad your visit went well, and yeah on hearing heartbeat - how is the bites - cream helping at all?
Nicole - you shouldn't feel guilty of leaving K with you mom, I can not tell you how in desperate need I am to spend a few hours alone with DH - since CJ was born we have not been anywhere without him, we have no family living close by or in same town, so that is not a option for us - enjoy the priveledge of having a family member that you can sometimes leave K with!!!!
Christi - yeah on a nice 1st day, grrr on Iris not having a nice day - I must say I have also figured out that the no eating was because CJ wants to feed himself - since I've started letijg him be, he is enjoying the freedom and eating so GOOD!!!
Hope yuo ladies have a stunning day!

Hi Ladies,

Just quickly checking in...

1st day of work was very nice, just a lot of work to learn (and who knew a door can have so many fittings?)

Iris apparently had an awful day. DH says the day mom said she cried a lot and didn't want to eat or drink really. I think I've figured out the eating though, my child wants to start feeding herself!! I put her down tonight with her own plate and she finished most of her food and then came and helped herself from my plate :woohoo: So, I will ask the lady to try to let her feed herself

Vix, glad your little bean is growing nicely.

Simone, I missed your bad news? Are you being retrenched?? Sorry to hear girl but i'm sure you will find something else and problably something better.
If you are looking for another job, maybe try www.crsolutions.co.za, they got me this job and they have a branch in PE.
Will be thinking of you!

Nelria, I'm not even preggies and I also can't always contain my temper with DH ;)

Sorry for not replying to everyone, but gotta go get some sleep now!!

Ally it's so far beyond good hygiene cos we all walk out and wash hands properly (unlike so of the men here) but she has taken things to a whole new level lol ...

Lisha I'm all for good hygiene but that's a bit excessive!
