ally, will join you for supper...lol

you guys make me feel bad
need to do these fun things with zian!!!
his always just on his own lil mission & mommy running around...grrrr
sometimes him & chanel will play hide & seek or chase each other around the house
but zian LOVES outdoors...he can play with the stones & grass & sticks for hours...oh my boy is gonna have so much fun being able to play outside without mommy always watching for the cars..grrr

I dont know whats going on with zian..grrrr
monday night he woke up at 12:15...then continued crying for us...we go in, give him his dummy & lay him down....5 min later...he cries again....it went on until 1:30!!! me & dh was busy bitching at each other so I got fed up...[picked him up & went to go lay on the couch where he offcourse fell assleep...then put him back in cot & he slept until 7 when I woke him up...wtf?!?!?!?

then last night same thing...this time it went on until 2:30...grrrrr when I got fed up again
we try leaving him, but then he just carries on & on....calling mamma....pappa...crying...grrrr

wish I new what got into my lil angel

Mandy thanks for those hints ... will definitely use some of that. Re the sucking Shrey is pretty good with the straw already and blowing gross bubbles with his saliva so will still try the whistle blowing just to make sure he has everything in check

Nicole no man stop talking about curry ... I am seriously craving the sourish fish curry with that sort of pap thingy my mum made last night ... Also just feeling for a nice mutton curry pie ...

I am going to propose to dh that next week we do experiment. Pick up Shrey and go home immediately. Would like to try to prepare our suppers myself as well and we sit and eat as a family. Will cut up and marinade meat etc over weekend to reduce prep time.

Most of you working moms are doing this already so I should be able to do so as well. I just find that Shrey eats so much better if we're at home. Will also save us from having to contribute groceries to 2 extra households as it's becoming too expensive and there are 'expectations' now as well!!!

Zee K also plays outside unless it is raining or very windy. On day like that, we do alot of painting, playing with playdough, we build blocks,draw, watch some barney, put lots of pillows out and sheets and then we "play wrestle"... very fun. Read books etc.

Mandy, that's so interesting re the sucking. The twins have been drinking from straw cups for 6 months so luckily they are good with it now. They've never had sippy cups.
