Vix, yes Aidan wakes Abi to play hehe. Abi does the same with him. If she wakes up earlier and I take her to the lounge, she'll go back to the room and stand by his cot trying to wake him. :)

Nelria, I love going for check-ups. But C and my dad are worse. They want to know every 6 months if they are doing ok etc. I also want to ask him about Abi's leg that's still a bit bow-legged to me and also Aidan's pigmentation on his arm.

Vix, the other day I dropped something and I said "Ag shit" and Abi walked around the whole day going 'it' when she dropped something. (she doesn't make the 'sh' sound yet) And I also said f*ck the other day and she goes 'Duck' lol. Must also start watching my language in front of them.

Vix my gynae is the same. Quite relaxed about things. No need for extra tests if things look good. Very little intervention. No internals. Never gave me a lecture about do's and don'ts etc.

Nelria- so pleased you getting organised now! But you should get it all done asap so you can put your feet up for a few weeks before Xen comes. What is 2 weeks and counting? Did I forget something?

Helen- gross poo story LOL hope you feel better soon!

I had downs check at 12w already with C. Well he checked on the scan and saw there was no need for further testing. I never even had an anomoly scan. My Dr is pretty hot on these things and he decided there were no risks and therefore no need for expensive tests.

Nelria some ladies go for serious scans at the fetal clinics at 12 weeks. These specialist are really good so they can sometimes see the sex.

I didn't do that I just waited and asked at 19 weeks. The downs we tested at 13 weeks, scan of the neck and bloods.

Morning ladies,

Looks like the cold I've been fighting off has finally won :( Had a killer sinus headache last night and was in bed by 7.30pm lol.

There's too much to catch up on properly, you ladies have been chatting up a storm once again ;)

Lelani - I hope Chanel manages with all her schoolwork, shame, its so crap that they have to cram so much in. I'm with Vix on it being a stupid idea to close the schools for the football.

Angie - YAY on moving house!! Awesome news :silly: Our docs are at the Deeds office now and they're trying to pull strings to get it expedited so we're waiting patiently, in theory worst case scenario the house will be ours by 2nd June but they want to get it processed by end of next week so seller doesn't have to pay bond instalment.

Julz - I think it was you that asked about teeth grinding? Oliver used to do it in his sleep when he was maybe 8months or so, then he stopped, now he does it when he's eating :S Don't think its anything to worry about ;)

Zee- lol at anything over 50% being a waste ;) I'm with you, as long as its a pass that's all that matters at the end of the day ;) Shame poor DH, she'll come round ;)

Simone - That woman is a total fusspot! Tell her to bring her own lunch or pi$$ off lol. I mean seriously?! There's fussy and then there's just being difficult on purpose.

Can't remember anything else...sorry!

I have the joyous task of phoning for insurance quotes today...bleugh. I hate having to go through the same kak with each phonecall. And most of these things like Hippo are a waste of time because the companies they quote are all underwritten by the same company...grrrr. Anyway, has to be done, we're being ripped off currently so I gotta get it sorted.

Just have to share, this might be too gross for some of you but I thought it was hilarious, Oliver had an exploding nappy yesterday lol, I have absolutely no idea how it occured, I was busy on the phone and my maid was here so she was playing with Oliver. I finish on the phone and next thing I see marks all over the floor that look like dog poo, I tell Anna to check her shoes and she finds a big lump but I realise its not dog poo but Oliver poo!!! Somehow whilst she was playing with him it had popped out the back of his nappy and on to her shoe...WTF?! Lol, I have no idea how it happened. Soon got it all cleaned up though and got him straight in the bath ;)

Anyways, best get on with the day. No doubt I will get through a box or two of tissues.

Lisha congrats to your friend!!

Melria well done on the packing of your bags.

Vix I should also mind the language. Funny thing is we didn't swear that much before Dylan????
