Julz, I'm not worried about the sugars in fruit as I'd rather have my child have fructose than sucrose or glucose. I add fructose to my tea instead of normal sugar. I'm not really worried about the little bit of juice the kids get.

Nicole, the babies get 1tsp Nesquick in their afternoon bottles. They absolutely love it.

Oi vey I'm so not in the mood for the next 30 mins. The herbalife girl is coming and I've been extremely bad the last month. But since yesterday I've been getting my act back together and I've been a lot better. But I can feel I've picked up a bit of weight!

Guys I am so annoyed...we are having staff farewell next Friday...going to nice restaurant at the harbour...menu has steak, soup, oysters, chicken, calamari, hake and various desserts.

This difficult wench (THANK GOODNESS VOLUNTEERED FOR RETRENCHMENT) emails to ask what does she eat if she is allergic to everything on the menu!

I was so annoyed i mailed to say i didnt know she was allergic to chicken cause I see she eats KFC. To be so dramatic...maybe she doesnt eat prawns...now wants to bloody be difficult. I mean if she cant eat any of those things (WHEN SHE EATS FROM MORNING TIL HOME TIME IN THE OFFICE...FISH AND CHIPS INCL!) what would she eat on a normal day....i battle to udnerstand why some people are just born f*&^%$# difficult!
