He will get the regular one but they don't give promotional increases. No hassles though. Just as long as his department remains under good management which is what they are trying to maintain.

Neil's executive took the retrenchment package so his boss will apply for the exective position and Neil may apply for senior specialist. Telkom don't really give much of an increase but will see what happens.

Ya well my child will probably be in bed by 5pm tonight...she has taken 1 15 to 30min nap today! Excitement of having us all home I think!

Lisha apparently they are making us all reapply for our jobs and will confirm retrenchments next week. But 3 staff members volunteered themselves....so just 1 that will be a surprise! Wow my office is gonna be tiny!

Dh making a roast chicken for supper, baby potatoes and veg and salad. Vannah making chicken soup for starter....from a packet...that gourmet soup?? Actually nice...and I'm not one for packets!

Oh and just to clear my dh...shame when he got up he made up the bed, cleared the room of all my tissues, etc.

I think the reason Cole sleeps so late is because he also has 2 naps a day.

Thanks ladies my mom is great but luckily for me I am also used to doing everything for myself so I am sure I will be able to manage in no time

Julz I also hate the laundry and I really have to save for a tumble dryer coz trying to get clothes dry in winter sucks big time...
