Vix,grrr on feeling nauseous already, but im sure its all worth it ;) Please post the pics when you can that were done by Tertia, im sure they will be stunning.

Julz smoking is such a terrible habit, whilst preggies i hardly smoked! then started smoking lots again when k was about 12 weeks. Silly of me. I tried to stop last year, went on to zyban but they made really depress and tired so went of them as it seemed to make me feel totally zonked out. Have tried the gum - which gave df and I hiccups everytime we chewed a gum lol  Must say that i dont smoke around Keiran at all, we smoke outside and always wash our hands and gurgle our mouth with listerine befoe touching/playing with him.

Going to have lunch now, just plain cheese roll with some lays chips and a coke.

Hi ladies,

Sorry did try to catch up but was speed reading.

My internet is still flecked up so am doing everything from my phone and Moomie is super slow to load on the blackberry so by the time I've read a page I'm too busy to reply.

I am fine though, feeling a little nauseaus with is odd so early, last time I was fine until 8w and tired in the evenings but my sister is still here so having to entertain.

I am excited, we're getting our photos from Tertia today, can't wait to see them!

Julz- sorry to hear you're having a hard time, It's nice that your psychologist isn't just pumping you full of extra pres drugs. I hope the homeopathic route helps. I'm sure it will actually because quite often psycological disorders stem from hormone imbalance or mineral deffeciency. My grandfather had serious problems but it was years ago before people really used alternative medicine and only in the early 2000's did they discover the best treatment was to balence out his mineral levels. Sounds silly but the brain works in mysterious ways and if it is lacking something it functions differently. I hope they help you, I really do my friend, It's horrible to see you struggle so.

Lelani- thjanks for checking up on me, I just don't have time for moomie to load all day long.

oh Ally, well done for admitting all your thoughts, that is reallly the first step. I think you need to do some soul searching as from all the information i have seen, an addiction is also due to other emotional needs. Perhaps what you need is a life coach. Someone who looks at your world holistically and helps you create stratergies to get over any weaknesses and concentrate on any strengths!Google Kate Rheeders. She is my coach who moved to CPT, but I think she visits and does Workshops and one on one sessions and then follows up with email consultations and checks on you about the goals that you set yourself. She works on creating daily tasks weekly tasks, monthly tasks and then longer ones from there and you physicallly draw up a table of goals and activities that get you out of your rutt. She is inspiring, brilliant and an incredible woman! If you do find a food addict keep us posted I am very excited that you are actively moving forward! :)

ally it is unbelievable how things in our past manifest themselves and yes food addiction is a serious thing. going for therapy is a long term thing. I thought I would go a couple times but a year and 15 months later I am still going twice a month and with good reason as it apparently takes an average of 3 years to come to terms with such loss or trauma. In your case it could be your mom's passing.

Nicole you just need a bad medical report to get you to stop. I would still be smoking if it weren't for a medical diagnosis. Sad that we as humans usually need something bad to happen before we do what is obviously better for us.

Thanks to all for the support.
