Ahh Nicole, so sorry about your test. But atleast you know what to do and expect for the next time you go.

Yoza, sorry that Buhle is not feeling to great.

Helen, it's good that you always follow your gut when it comes to your kids. Hope that Nina feels better soon.

Vix, good to hear that the twins are growing so nicely and also that your business is picking up.

AFM, not much to report but Cole is doing well and is now totally into robots.

Nicole: Sorry about the test. Better luck next time. I always thought if you pass the yard and thats it. Crossing fingers second time around.

Vix; Awake at 12pm my goodness when do you rest, happy business is taking off.

Helen: Poor nina she really has been giving you problems hoping that everything settles with her, any toothies yet.

AFU: Buhle's gums are swollen hence her high temperature and now she has started coughing. She is just not her chirpy bubbly self atleast she is drinking and eating. Im hoping its nothing serious cause when she is teething she gets an ear infection and her chest becomes very tight.

Well all i can say DH is making an effort. Im just struggling with my one paper due friday.

Where is everyone?

Hi ladies

firstly bad news lol, unfortuntely i failed my drivers, everything was going really well, i perfected my yard test - did it in 10 mins, went on to the road, was doing really well (even though it was raining buckets), and about 3 mins away from completing the route for the test, i rolled slightly at a stop sign, my foot slipped off the cluth :(....the exaimner still said 'what happened you were doing so well" so upset that i was literally 3min from passing and then i stuffed up, but regarless, i went and re-booked this morning and doing it again at the end of next month.

Vix glad business has picked up so nicely for you, sorry to hear that you are working so late into the night though. Its amazing that the twins have different eye colours and lmao at E looking unapprochable whilst doing groceries - at least it keeps nosey people at bay!

Helen i hope Nina's throat gets better soon, shame poor little sweetie - and hope Olivers cough settles soon, Prospan really helped K by helping calm the cough but also treat the cough at the same time. xxx

Yoza is everything all right now with hubby?

All the ladies are so quiet!

Hi ladies,

Sorry I'm always scarce these days but the cold of winter has set in and so my work load grows. Great for the money but wow I'm working way late into the night when the kids are in bed.

I have only read a few pages recently so excuse me if I miss anything

Ankia- was absolutely wonderful meeting you on saturday, I love you to bits, you're so easy to talk to! Sorry if I chewed your ear of, my goodness, I couldn't stop talking.

Helen- I hope Nina's throat gets better soon! Poor baby, really having a tough 1st year. Glad Oliver is enjoying the creche.

Simone- here I am....... Not got a whole lot to chat about because I did a bit of yabbering on sunday bbut I'm pleased some people are helping out around your home now xxxxxx

Nicole- can't wait to hear about your drivers!

Ange- my friend, my mind has gone blank.... But I just know I want to say hi to you xxxxx

Yoza- strongs to you xxxxxx thinking of you xxxxxxxxx

Zamzie sent me a message yesterday she started work again now her ML is finished but Imanna has been admitted to hospital with brochitis.

Gonna see Nel and Jess tomorrow at my place for coffee YAY

Julz- hope your ENT app goes well.

C's ears finally cleared with a combination of ear drops and iliadin. Let's hope it stays away for a while noe.

The tweenies are doing great, I only weighed them on my old analogue scales but I thing Alex is about 7kg and Jono about 5-5.5kg now so they are growing nicely. Jono still has his blue eyes and Alex brown. Hope they'll stay that way, it intrigues people.

I'm getting better at handling the attention and questions in public, maybe because I'm finding ways to cut the situation short before the really stupid questions come. Elwyn flipped at some dude in Dischem who was chatting to Alex who was awake then he started poking jono telling him to wake up when he was finally sleeping at last, why are people so cruel?

Anyways we have a system for grocery shopping now, E pushes the pram and I take the trolley, I lead and just throw stuff in my trolley on a mission and E just looks so darn unapproachable (as men do when having to do groceries anyways) that no one comes close they just smile at him. I'm pleased he is finally realising it is no longer a job for 1 person.

O.k gotta go, it's late and I need to sleep. Grrrr. Nearly 12pm

Hello ladies, remember me?!

I'm sorry ladies I'm not even going to attempt replying to anyone, I haven't properly read the posts since last week so I have a lot of catching up to do.

Took Nina to the paed on Friday, partly for a 6 month check up and partly because I knew something wasn't quite right. I'm permanently worried her ears are playing up but it seems that the homeopathic stuff has worked, her ears are completely clear (touch wood!). She had a slightly sore throat but the paed said he didn't think it was anything to worry about. By Monday morning she was completely miserable, didn't want to eat didn't want to drink, had a fever, a cough and just wanted to be held so I phoned back for another appointment, I was getting quite worried as she'd only managed 100mls the entire day and I'm always concerned about dehydration. Luckily having big fat babies helps lol, she was fine in that department. We went back and after a thorough check it turned out her throat was so inflamed and sore the poor little mite could barely swallow. She's on a course of antibiotics, fingrs crossed she starts getting better as there seems to be a lot of it around, the paed said he'd had to admit 2 babies yesterday with similar symptoms.

Oliver is coughing up a storm, hoping he can get over it otherwise that'll probably end in yet another trip to the doc, he's had it for nearly 3 weeks now. He started playgroup last week and is loving it than goodness.

Its like this house is just a home for sick people at the moment, mum is sick, the kids are sick and I'm sick, the only one that is close to being healthy at the moment is Theo!

Anyways, I have to dash, will try catch up tomorrow as I'm back at work so I will hopefully find a few minutes to get up to date.

Hope you are all well.
