Morning ladies

Not much going on here except that I have heaps of work, I’m doing some freelance work (subbing a book) so need to get going on that and I’m not even halfway with the assignment. I had a really unproductive week and is sad to see the last of the public holidays ... Going to miss chatting with you so regularly!

Thanks for all the encouraging words re Ziani, with my hormones wreaking havoc, I’ll probably be a wreck tomorrow. I even had a good cry last night when everyone were sleeping. Cried for IN CASE she won’t adjust, cried for IN CASE she got bullied and cried for IN CASE blablabla ...

Any hoo, I also need some clothes, since I’ve got only one pair of jeans that fits me now. I live in my tights now. I hate looking for pants because all the maternity pants are just too short for me and we’ve also got a few expenses now and don’t really want to buy on my credit card. The creche is also going to cost us a R1000 more every month.

Ally, I also love the Nine West bags, when my Guess bag got stolen (Grrrr) I bought a black Nine West bag and then my boss actually gave me a brown Nine West bag. So nice.
Mandy, when is your trip again?

Simone: Buhle is not much of a problem but siba is a bit challenging to handle and tiring. im sure your kids are not as bad as siba. His new thing he screams and if he does not want to do something he simply sits and lies on his back.

maybe my problem is that I look at other kids and see how well behaved they are. Its also a bit challenging because he cannot expess what he wants.

Maybe the four is stretching will review next year when she is two and siba is four.

I'm with Simone, Woolies has STUNNING bra's. I got the most gorgeous dark grey/shocking pink one for R140!! So cheap. I got a nice pair of black jeans at Edgars and got a bunch of nice tops and cardi's at Mr Price the other day. I love going to Mr Price because I find things that I will only wear for one season anyway for so cheap. I have been buying coats every winter so I don't need any jackets or coats and I'm pretty set on jerseys too. I have wayyy too many shoes already so won't be buying more of that but I'd love to get one more pair of jeans (but I have one in every size starting at 36 so I'd rather work on losing weight) and a new handbag. The last time I bought a bag was when I was 36 weeks pregnant and I used to buy a bag every month. Thank goodness it was a Nine West because it's lasted well.

Vix, I would also be annoyed by the DSTV if only I wasn't such a tv addict. I would say enjoy it but I know how busy you are so you don't really have time to.

My trip was amasing. I thoroughly enjoyed the wild life so did siba and hubby buhle though did not warm up easily.

Mandy all i can say if your planning a holiday do it now before baby no 2 arrives.

We had to eat in our room as sibA threw tantrums. I realised that he gets too hyper and excited around a crowd and he becomes frustrated and he gets very naughty.

As for travelling with them siba is a darling in the car buhle cries her self to sleep.

We decided never again though until buhle is about four.

Other than that i had fun so did hubby.

As for my oopsie i still have to test but i dont think im preggos

Julz do u know any of those reasons that u can perhaps share with me?

Simone there are reasons for a false positive hpt test. The blood tests are pretty conculsive and usually pick up a pregnancy correctly however nothing is set in stone.

I am still holding thumbs for you!!!

Vix I would also be annoyed regarding DSTV. It is a huge expense and really when would you have time to watch it anyway. I know what you mean about clothes. I have picked up weight and now nothing fits and everytime I go to the shops I land up buying Dylan clothes instead of clothes for me. I really need to buy a few things but will have to do it slowly. I need bras too.

Zee I hope the new creche goes well. She may be upset for a week or two though, but she will settle and Dylan is doing so well since being at a bigger school with more kids his age.

We went to Ratunga junction today. It is like Gold Reef City but smaller. Dylan enjoyed the rides but he was restricted and couldn't go in the planes which really upset him so we had a big tantrum!!! Anyway there was a sweet petting zoo and Dylan held many of the animals and he was so sweet with them.

I have some work to do so I will chat tomorrow. Not a holiday for me.
