Thanks for the breakdown, Mandy, it was lovely to see everyone and it is really like chatting with a bunch of close girlfriends.
My bump feels huge to me I can't wait for the baby to kick, I have felt the butterfly movements but not much at all ....

Z was asking for Christopher last night and was complaining to her dad about him not wanting her on that car thingy. Tattletale!

It is her last day at the daymother's (although she doesn't know it yet!), shame, I can still remember the first day that I took her and I cried all the way to work. The daymother showed me a page the other day that I typed for her full of instructions, with all these categories! Nap time, stimulation time, blablabla.

Z is starting at the creche next week Tuesday and I'm really nervous about it, she says she doesn't want to play with other kids and she doesn't want to go to school. She even refused a huge pink bag for school! Which is really weird because she begs me to buy her new stuff all the time. I just hope she'll adapt .... Wish I wasn't a professional worrier by nature.

Any hoo, I have 5 poems, 5 short stories and 5 drama texts to write for an assignment. Need to get going ...

AFM we had a nice weekend ... wish we were still on leave though lol.
Shrey was mostly good, enjoyed all the company and the few times we were out. Sleeping was okay. Only thing he woke up with a wet cough this morning so just ordered some cough meds for him.

Let me do some work seeing that I have to be here lol.

It really was a lovely day. All the kids were well-behaved and I really felt like I should go to Pappachino's more often. I love it there. Pfairy is so sweet and Mia is the cutest thing! I am so jealous of her looonnggg hair! Zee's bump is really cute, teeny tiny but noticeable. Mandy, you're right, it really does feel like we're meeting old friends. I just love it.

I have quite a lot to do today but we didn't have a good night. I forgot to get nappies yesterday and Aidan kept wetting his bed, needless to say C is EXHAUSTED and when he's tired he is so cranky so I'll have to do everything in my power to keep him calm today lol.

Morning all, so im off to work soon, but sitting with my little monster til i go.

The meet was lovely. The meets are changing from my perspective. I do feel like instead of meeting strangers, we are meeting old friends now So it was lovely to meet Pfairy she is very sweet, and i think was a little quiet as we are a big loud bunch who climbed into lots of conversation between us.. and unfortunately Cameron gave her a real jhb welcome by smacking her hard when he wanted her bike!! but besides that Mia is really a pretty little thing! she played very well on her own.. Helen arrived with little Nina and Oliver and Oliver seems to be talking now.. a few words here and there . Nina was good as gold, hardly made a peep and was happy to be held by some of us broody folk! Ally arrived, looking gorgeous as usual! and her twins ran straight to the playground! it was quite enjoyable to be able to sit while the kids kept themselves busy.. now instead of being interrupted constantly, you are keeping a very FARRR eye on the playground.. Abby is little miss independence and we hardly saw her, and aiden came back a few times, his hair is turning much lighter, almost blonde. He is fascinated by babies, and even went to strangers just to smile at their babies too cute. Ziani is a very big fan of those little cars that you put money into. She sat there for ages even when the money ran out! Christopher is looking gorgeous and also like the cars and we all enjoyed that he came to sit on his mommies lap Vix didnt know what to do with only one child, she felt hands free Zees tummy is looking small but noticeable now, and she is looking well. Helen is looking great, handling her two easily and doesnt look like she was preggies so recently! Cameron and Ziani enjoyed making Pizzas together and then came to eat their food with Abby and Aiden who sat, good as gold eating all their food! Mia ate quite a big plate of french toast and didnt say a word!! but all in all, it was lovely weather and another lovely meet

Hope you are all doing great, we had a very nice meet as always and it was so great to meet Pfairy and the kids. Mia is adorable. Just couldn't chatted as much as I hoped too because you know how it goes, you have to keep an eye on the kids.
Z gave me a near heart attack when she was making her own pizza and I went to my chair to get her a wet wipe, when I got back she was gone. She went out of the other door into the restaurant and had a good walk around while I was running around frantically wondering how someone like me will cope with another child if I'm losing the one I have!!

Any hoo, thanks for all the messages, I'm excited about the boy although I actually wanted another girl. I told the girls this morning that its probably because I always wanted a sister and I'm not really that close to my brothers ... And I've actually never babysitted a boy, only girls! So my experience with them are -1000 ... I know I'll adore my little boy though!

Julz, hope you are feeling better and the wine estate visit sounds nice, R200 is pricey!

Vix glad Jono is feeling better. Dylan was much better on Isomil but paeds are not very pro soya. As far as the nose goes, I suggest you email the doc with Jono's weight. It is very important to make sure he gets the right meds at the right dose as these meds can be dangerous under a certain age. Dylan also had Zyrtec ?? but I can't remember how much and I only used it for a couple of days. I still prefer just to spray his nose with saline and rather let it run.

I am seriously hitting a blank.

Neil and I have been feeling a bit under the weather so we have had a laid back weekend so far and I have eaten so much chocolate this past week that I can hardly look at it today.

Dylan did his first egg hunt or rather bunny hunt at our friends house. We were worried the dogs would eat the eggs so we put out bunnies rather and they exchanged them for eggs later. It was pouring with rain but the kids still had a ball.

We went to our favorite wine estate on Saturday. It is about an hour out of CT so nice drive and Dylan was a star with toilet training. Had to pull off the side of the road but rather that than he just pee in the seat. Bought our wine, but hell it is almost R200 per bottle now so didn't manage to get as many bottles as we had hoped to get.



Anyway enjoy tomorrow.

Happy Easter everyone! My family are coming here today for cooking session #3. Very excited for today's menu because it's a lot of experimenting and I have no idea if it's going to work! So far the 7 recipes I've tested have worked out so well. I'm very happy because I feel like I have SO many recipes to test and I only have so many ideas so if one doesn't work out I'm a bit screwed. I only have 111 recipes at the moment for the book and I need about 200!!!

So needless to say, if you know of a place I can find inspiration, feel free to share! Have a wonderful day everyone!
