Julz; Well I must say siba is still at that oral stage he has never stopped puttings things in his mouth i constantly have to tell him you cannot eat that drop it. so when he is outsdie or out of sight we have to check his mouth especially with buhle around they poke each other out.

Helen so glad the kids are doing well. Shame poor Oliver! He sounds so freaked out! I dont blame him...I used to be crap scared of having any stuffed toys in my room...only until I couldnt escape them with having a child in the house, I've made peace with having scary dolls in my room

2km...I died my hair pitch black on Friday. Hubby loves it...but I could shave it and dye my head pink and he'd say I look stunning! lol

G immediately told me he could see i've lost weight while he was gone and that I looked so hot and stunning at the airport...he couldnt believe it was his wife...lol. Now I could take that 2 ways...accept it for the compliment that it was...or wonder what I looked like before I have let myself go big time....so trying to make some changes...nice that he's noticed

Vix - Nice to hear from you, I can imagine how hectic it must've been having C at home, sorry to hear he's been so sick! That sounds like some hectic medication but I'm glad he's been able to go to school today so you can hopefully get some time to yourself And don't worry, we'll never forget you even if you can't pop in as often as you'd like.

Nelria - Good luck with the packing, its going to be so awesome being in your own space!

Nicole - Shame man, sorry K isn't well, I have the same problem with Oliver, he NEVER tells me if he's sick and he never has a fever, the only way I can usually tell is he starts to look grey and he struggles to settle to sleep, otherwise I would be none the wiser as he never complains.

Julz - Flip that's a bit hectic with the bead and the ear!!!!!!!!! Hope he doesn't decide to do any more experimenting...thanks for the heads up as I think I am way too trusting with Oliver

Yoza - Congrats on your run, how do you find the time to train lol? I'd like to take up running as I've always enjoyed it but I don't know where to get the time from hehe.

Mandy - I'd love to get together some time minus kids and hubbies for a drink or two Glad you had a nice date night and managed to end it weell as well Hectic stuff with your sister, really feel for her kids, going to be some tough times ahead for all of them but its for the best, an unhappy home is no place for children.

Lisha - Lol at Shrey not wanting to go home, Oliver sometimes throws the mother of all tantrums when we want to leave somewhere that has a jungle gym or something lol.

Ok and now I hit a blank...sorry to everyone I've missed.

We are well, both kiddies are better now, keeping fingers crossed that the antibiotics has done its job with Oliver's teeth, only time will tell. the MA at least approved everything for him to have the root canal so if it is needed in the future we should be able to go ahead without too much fuss. Decided to hold back on taking Nina to the ENT as well, will see how we go in the next 2-3months, if she gets another ear infection then we'll definitely take her but holding thumbs we won't need to.

Oliver has started having nightmares, its been going on for a few weeks now but its been really difficult to work out what its all about, he came running into our room at 12.30am on Friday night in absolute hysterics, he was completely beside himself with fear but we couldn't work out what was wrong, hopefully we got to the bottom of it last night as I was asking him what kept frightening him. This is probably all going to sound a bit weird - for the past month or so he won't go into his room to pick a story book at bedtime without one of us holding his hand and with the light on (he's fine when he goes to bed (?) but won't go in alone until then). When we first moved him into his own bed he bit into the sides and has left a few teeth marks but now they have to be covered up when he goes to bed otherwise he gets hysterical and quite obviously frightened (I think he forgot that he was the one that made them in the first place). He keeps going on about something having sharp teeth but Theo and I have been struggling to make sense of it all so last night I asked him what was frightening him and he started to get all hysterical and I asked him who had the sharp teeth and he pointed to one of the cuddly toys he has at the end of his bed, when I picked it up he started crying and getting all frightened and didn't want the thing near him so I called for daddy to come and get rid of it so Theo came and took it out of his room and said he was going to get rid of it (he took it out to the garage) and touch wood, he seems much happier and we didn't have any drama last night so fingers crossed we've got to the root of the problem. Weird hey? I know Oliver has a pretty healthy imagination but strange that he's gottens o freaked out over a cuddly toy...in all honesty its not a particularly attractive one, (its a 'version' of Mickey Mouse that our old maid gave him when he was born) but weird that he thought it has sharp teeth and stuff...

Anyways, I must get back to work, I've gone on long enough heheh. Have a good day

One of my nephews had a bead stuck up his nose, It had to be surgically removed!

OMW Julz thanks for that warning. Shrey also doesn't put stuff in his mouth so need to keep an eye out for other odd things lol.

Nicole sorry about K's ear infection. Hope he's already feeling better. I hate power failures.

Just a warning ladies.

I am not so stressed about little items anymore. Dylan doesn't put things in his mouth anymore BUT this morning I caught him trying to put a bead in his ear!!!!!

This is the age where they put things into themselves. Noses, ears etc so be warned. After I told him not to he came to me and and tried to remove his head??? He was pulling it up and saying off. Silly kid but I was worried so I asked him where is the bead and he said in head.

I think I found the bead. Well I hope it was the same one!
