its the same guy been quite consistent from the start with asking for it wanted it for 750 000 but today offered 800 000 as there are 2 other of our identical units on private property one at 775 000 another 820 000 we had no chance moving it at 840 000 but allowed that for offers and brett is happy (from the start with 800 000 as our new place will be like 1.2 max so we only need to borrow 500 000 as ours was payed off - so looking good

the guy is buying for his 1st year daughter she met brett at 6 and loved it so we might have offer in writing tomorrow whoop whooop - well getting excited so many million things can still go wrong but hoping nothing does

I'm a bit worried about m, coz his getting these cramps in his chest on the top left side.....he says not to worry, but it's getting more & more, so how the hell am I going to get him to a doc????
anyways....spoke to the guy from the company for the new job & he said that he would look at the cv's this afternoon & sorry for keeping me waiting, but hey are very busy & that I should phone him if I dont hear anything from him by tomorrow 2pm.....sounding very positive fxfxfxfxxfxfxf please girls??????
their offices is like walking distance from chanel's school...how cool will that be????

Yip vix, can you believe 10 weeks, and I am feeling much better
We had a great weekend
I was the one sleeping in on Saturday and it was great, DH entertained W for the morning, and I just relaxed, then we all took an afternoon nap together and went for dinner at my brothers plot in Randfontein
Sunday wanted to go and buy pants for me, mine getting a bit to tight, but I did not get pants but W got some nice sleepwear.
I will have to go and get a pattern and make som pants, because I do not think I will get any that I like

Hallo to everyone, and I am sorry, but I can remember nothing.

Vix I'm gonna agree with you there...lol. These kids like to take chances so seems he is using Elwyn! THough the other night Addy demanded milk...gave her 3 sips in a cup and she went to sleep...but she was not gonna go sleep without that milk...no idea what sparked that!

I like Julz's rule where both parents get up...I feel resentful if G sleeps late and I'm sure he feels the same way cause no matter whose turn it is to sleep late...the other one is also tired! So now I found when we both get up...it actually saves alot of snippy comments...well I was the only one making them..lol...but still...more peaceful. And I just wake up with a smile cause I know we're all getting up...its a fact, no point moping about sleep.

The race is on though as to who falls asleep first in the afternoon to take a nap...lol.

Yoza...wow...that is some bargain re: dress! I think I obviously dont go to YDE cause their XL is the equivalent of a size 34! lol. So I'm never tempted to go in there....I hate shops where i feel embarrassed to be inside...like people are thinking: WTF is she doing in here? I realise that may all be in my head, but ya!

I've lost count of the number of times I tried to post since this morning but kept getting interrupted so hoping I can atleast reply to everyone now.

Nicole how is K today? Hope you guys are all settled in at the new place. Pics?

Christi sorry about the new boss ... hope he becomes better with time or that an alternative comes up soon.

I've also decided to put myself on the job market and updated my CV and sent in an application but being selective this time and will hope that if I patiently apply for good posts something good will come up. Really want to work in corporate environment now with lots of structure and very little abuse of employees ... maybe wishful thinking but I will try that approach first.

Mandy well done to Cam in his big bed ... now just hope he'll get a few more hours in for you guys.

Vix hope all 3 boys now decide to have good sleep routines and give you & E a break. Can't help re increased drinking & ears.

Lol at Simone imagining you in a trance at the YDE sale Glad you got good stuff at bargain prices. I went to get a new handbag and budgeted myself at R400 but needless to say I went well over the budget Dh wasn't too happy with me but he'll get over it!

Simone OMG I can't believe you guys let her near your hair with scissors My niece has on more than one occassion done that to her hair and at 5 & half she's done it again now lol gave herself a terrible looking fringe. Last November my aunt was having a nap and she opened her eyes just in time to stop her hair being cut by Sharmista lmao.

AFM we had a okay weekend. Had a braai yesterday so enjoyed that. Otherwise dh went out to action cricket on Friday evening and the rugby match on Saturday evening so I was on baby sitting duty ... I was not happy that after all that he still took the liberty of sleeping in late yesterday and I made that known lol.

Had my niece with us for the weekend, Shrey shares his stuff with her so nicely but as expected there will always be fights between the two of them. Thought I would lose my mind during the times when they just want to run or chase after each other on bikes lol makes me wonder if I could handle 2 kids
