Yesterday Addison told me...'look mummy's there's a number!' at MTn. And started counting 1,2,3 (cause there were 3 tellers so 3 numbers). She started at teller 3 though, but I was quite chuffed and will start number recongnition games soon.

Nicole what did gynae say? I am also late this side but my HPT was negative and I have these weird cramps on lower right hand side. No sign of AF at all. So interested to hear what your gynae says.

AFM: nothing much on my side the kids are doing well. Buhle is walking more and more these days instead of crawling. I walked passed a book shop they had a sale i bought siba some peppa pig books I got 5 for R99. He just pages through them talking to himself. the minute I try to explain he pushes me away. Atleat they keep him busy enough until buhle comes over and grabs them from him.

Vix, sis on that other person for copying your idea! I feel like that alot though, especially with recipes. I can't be for certain if someone stole my recipe or if they copied my idea but very often I'll see my recipe ideas done on SA TV or in SA food mags and I always wonder if it's just coincidence. C says you never know where they go to look for their inspiration and there's nothing I can do about them using my idea or recipe. They might just change a ml here or there.

The dress is STUNNING but was too long so I couldn't take it home yet. Maybe tomorrow or Thursday. I'll just have to wear a waist-belt with it because otherwise it looks a bit like a sack. I can't stand wearing maxi-dresses without belts, I need to feel I have a waist lol.

I'm getting so excited for my CT trip (not like 1 night can be called a trip). I have so much to do, most importantly, colour my hair! Geesh I last coloured it in September before Maggs on Media and it really needs colour now but I'm just going to do it myself. Don't feel like sitting in a salon for 2-3 hours and paying R1000 to have my hair done.

I am feeling better today so probably my tummy giving hassles. Still going to see the physician in May as it keeps coming back.

My mom arrives on Sunday and no maid yesterday so I have alot to get through what with work and the house.

Is it just us or do your kids (men and children) destroy the house every day???? Flip this is rediuclous.

Simone, good luck for tomorrow. Honestly if it was me I would'nt tell them I suspect I'm preggies. Although they may not use your suspision of pregnancy as a reason not to appoint you, may companies do, but they won't tell you that, they will find some other excuse. At least IF you are preggies, by the time you start showing you will probably have proven to them that you are excellent in you work and it will be harder for them to "get rid" of you.

Anyway, can't remember too much of what I read.... SORRY Ladies

I went for my op this morning. Had all 4 my wisdom teeth removed. Booked in at 11 and the anethesist came to see me at 12:30. I had a blocked nose which I though was due to sinus and a slight cold I've had the past few days so she warned me that there might be some added risks to having the anestesia but we went ahead, she prescribed my pre-meds and asked the sister to give them to me immediately as I was 1st on the list.
I guess the pre-meds are supposed to be very strong cause I forgot to ask to go to the toilet and immediately after taking them I asked to go and the sister said she must go with cause she is not allowed to leave me unless I'm on my back in my bed LOL Then they came and took me to "theater reception" where I lay for quite a while waiting on the surgeon. Later when the anesthesist came to fetch me for theatre she asked if I wasn't sleepy yet, well I wasn't, so she said that I must have a strong system cause usually people have passed out by that time I told her that my nose wasn't blocked anymore and she said one of the pills was a antihistamin tablet.
I woke up again round 3 and everyone kept asking if I wasn't nauseas (thank goodness I wasn't!!) then they brought me jelly & custard & a tub of yogurt and a tin of coke. It was a bit messy sucking the food from a spoon and not being able to feel my tongue or lips but man was I hungry..! At 4 the surgeon & anethesist came by and said everything went well and I may go home as soon as I can get up & dressed.

WOW Have I been hungry..!!!!! Since getting home I had 400mls of home cooked (ally's) chicken soup, left over condensedmilk pudding, yoghurt, a tin of tuna & mayo AND I still feel hungry

Ugh well, I'd better try to sleep, Iris had a fever when she went to bed tonight so it might be a tough night for us.
