Nicole hope your geyser gets sorted today & that the leak didn't damage anything else. We've had our geyser replaced once and repaired 2 times in the almost 6 years we're living at our current place so I know how frustrating it gets.

Vix congrats on doing so well with getting C off the dummy & so pleased to hear that the humidifier is helping Alex already. Just hoping that Jono will get over his colic asap xxx. Ooh and also hoping E gets over his moods with the kids soon lol.

AFM we had a nice weekend. I feel totally exhausted after all the wedding festivities. It all started on Friday evening (i missed Friday morning stuff due to work) and ended last night, we decided to skip all the stuff after the wedding yesterday though due to the rain and not battle with a very busy child in that weather. Everyone was full of compliments for my very busy bee at the wedding because he wore his suit again. Fortunately he was asleep for a large portion of the wedding so dh could sit peacefully for a while & we had lunch with no issues lol.

The 3 of us spent a quiet evening at home, Shrey loved just being in his own space and doing as he pleased. DH had a nice snooze while Shrey & I watched Look who's talking too - not much for the kids considering the swearing but he didn't pick up on it. We got John Dory's for supper last night & Shrey saw the prawns and stood at my side till I finished eating all the 'sharks' lmao.

Vix and Mandy high five's to you ladies for taking the dummies away. Gosh i am dreading when i have to do that. Im waiting for K's molars to completely push through as his currently using the dummy to naw at it,so once those molars are out - the dummy will be gone.

Nelria it must be hard for both kids to be clingy, i cant imagine how you get things done around the house??

afm well i was mia on Friday as i woke up to what sounded like heavy heavy rain and as i walk out the bedroom saw water dripping from the roof trap so quickly peeped out the bathroom window to see all this water running from our roof, yip i geyser burst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we had cold showers all frekking weekend, they coming today to fix it aleast. The rest of the weekend was good, K was really cute and well behaved even though we had crappy weather. He is also doing really well and peeing and pooping in the toilet I was very heartsore to drop him off today, still feel sad, but i suppose what can do?

Zee- I love love loved the way Ziani asked for her baba out already LOL with the tweenies I only booked my 1st appointment at the gynae for 8w, the wait felt like forever but even then all we saw was 1 blob and what everone else thought was it's yolk sac (my poor Jono)

Jess- your future SIL does sound a little silly hey!

C is doing really well without the dummy, well better than I expected, he went to sleep last night and didn't even bother asking for it. Only problem we did have was the 2hrs he decided he was going to bed hop from 3am, playfully, he didn't ask for his dummy but I know that's why he woke up, usually he'll just find his dummy and go back to sleep. But I can't posssibly just give it at bedtime, if he knew there was still a dummy in the house he would NEVER let it go so it's all or nothing. Today he only asked for his dummy once when his Daddy tried to force him to nap too early. Elwyn has been a horror today (well never to me, he wouldn't dare but he takes everything out on the kids) because he had to sit up fighting with C for 2hrs in the night, now the world must feel sorry for him today because he's tired. I ended up not getting a single break today because everytime he had to look after one of the kids he lost his temper and I'm tired of hearing them cry when he shouts so I just did all the feeds all the winding and all the colic madness to save the stress. Jono's colic was bad bad bad again tonight and it stresses Elwyn out which in turn stresses Jono out more and it's just a vicious circle so I sent him to the kitchen to clean dishes whilst I calmed everyone down. It's so weird that I have so much patience this time, with C it was DH having to force me to chill out but this time I justshrug my shoulders and get on with it, if they both start screaming I get out the moby wrap and put them both in it or I take the pram around the garden. I think I definately psyched myself up well this time around, I was prepared for the worst and because of that it doesn't feel so bad, I just hate it when everyone is crying at the same time that I want to cook and eat dinner, why is it that colic always strikes at your busiest time of day?

Alex has been so much better sice I got the humidifyer. Last night the boys went 6hrs between feeds, well they woke for dummies about 4hrs in but they slept another 2 from there. But after our 2hrs session with C it doesn't feel like I slept well. Oh well, soon it'll be over.

Can you believe I am still sick with this cold......grrrr green snot and a sore throat...... Time for more medsips.

Zee, I only went to the gynae at 9 weeks and I found out at 5 and I was so happy that I went a bit later.

I am so proud of my babies. They are doing so well with the potty training. Abi hasn't had an accident all day and Aidan had about 3 accidents but after their 3 hour nap he hasn't had one again. They just haven't poo'd today so I'm a bit concerned but then again, the other day they both poo'd in their underwear so it can't be that I don't think. I am really chuffed with how fast they are getting it. I thought it would take us months to get them to just pee in the potty but Abi got it after 2 days and Aidan is taking a bit longer but he's also coming right. I will be SO happy when they're off nappies, a saving of R600-R700 a month! Awhooooohooo!

I have to be honest, I'm not jealous at all of all the pregnancies but I am incredibly happy for all of you! Even though we are 3 kids I always wanted 2 and even though I get broody now and then, it quickly disappears lol.

Ok, well let me go get my kiddies ready for bed. Then I'm going to watch Look Who's Talking Too! I just love Kirstey Alley!

vix - u know me I am sucker for punishment and i swear the harder my life is the harder i tend to make it - I mean after lea's colic I should have been sterilised but what do i do I try for 2nd at the same time LOL - now xen is Mr crap sleeper I mean last night he was awake from 11-2.30 not continously but every 15min mmmmmmmmmm so I long for another - but u see I think long term I want them as grown-ups to have a network and support my 6 boets and sussies mean the world to me and when i see brett never communicate with his 1 it breaks my heart - I mean I tatood their initials on me so really!!!! and for selfish reasons I want nr's in case they move across country or globe so there is back-ups when I am old LOL

yes yes me and my cling-ons man u would swear I am good to them mmmmmmmm like this morning xen asleep so me and lea outside now she cant play on jungle gym or jump on trampoline alone NO I have to do it all with her so today I said I dont feel well and not getting on so after a 30min sulk she decides to rather go in then and proceed to sit on my lap and read or play playdough WTF and the crazyass thing is she is in cresch and I know there she plays alone!!!!!!!!! anyhoe just a fe more years then I reckon she will get brains and realises mummy's aint so cool

Yes, cam actually did wake up screaming 4 times last night and i think thats when he used dummy to self soothe - but there was also a loud party next door , so not to sure the cause.. we will see tonight! I went in the first time and then I left him to cry after making sure that there was nothing wrong. Poor little boy also has mosquito bites this morning so it could have been a noisy mosquito irritating him!

Simone - my sister has seriously tried counselling and still goes on her own sometimes but her hubby refused to go back!

Took Cam to do some art today and he painted a wooden pencil box and stuck dinosours and soccer balls on it. Very cute..

He is screaming alot lately if we ever say NO, which is often! and he is jumping off ANY surface he can find or alternatively, climbing as high as he can,

Mandy and Vix congrats on the dummies! Vix with Addy and bottle, first 2 nights were breeze, but night 3 and especially night 8 were hard! I hope its an easy transition for C and Cam though...just letting u ladies know maybe there`ll be one or 2 bad nights. Addy also dropped day naps cause she didn't know how to sleep without bottle...but now its fine.

I woke up this morning and madam had found my nail polish bag and painted my NEW expensive WHITE bedding pink:-( now she found my pantyliners and stripped every one of the sticky paper cover thingies off!!!! Flip it...destructive today!

I hit her hands cause she pressed on laptop...so she goes to tell her dad and everybody- I cross with Simone! ?? Have u ever!
