ZEE!!! What wonderful news!!!!!!!! LOL you & my future SIL should be due around the same time then....

Oh ja I forgot to tell you girls - my brother got engaged last year & his fiance is a sweet quiet girl - very naive but pleasant. So nonetheless she's been chatting to my cousin in durban who's due in July - her & her DH tried for a whole year to fall pregnant - so thsi silly cow went & told my brothers fiance that because she was on the pill for a few years that is why they struggled for a year to fall pregnant!!!!!!!!!!! I mean REALLY!!!!!!!!!!! So what does future SIL do in November last year - SHE STOPS TAKING THE PILL!!!!!!!! AND BOOM she's up the duff by the end of December - she only found out last week and she's now about 5 weeks or so along. They wanted to try for a "honeymoon" baby as the wedding was planned for November this year but has now been moved to April 2nd.

Oh and by the way - she's only turning 22 this year!!!!!!!!!!

Zee some women are quite anxious to see baby but if you can hold off then ideally you should see the gynae at 8/9 weeks. So exciting.

Just got back from Kirstenbosch. Spent time with moomie moms like Memo, Jems, Reluctant Mom and Bronz. It was such a perfect day and really nice and relaxed.

I'm glad that Z chucked her's away when she was a baby (one thing less to worry about) but maybe with a dummy she would'nt be that attached to her bottle ...

Hope you are enjoying a nice Sunday. Z went to Sunday school this morning and they painted a sun. There were tears when I left her but she had a good time nevertheless. Dh is doing his own stuff today so I'm going to have lunch with my MIL at some or other Cheese factory/deli ...

PS: Nelria, I think I took Z to the same venue for a party last year (PTa) She loved it.

Vix and mandy well done with the dummy. We still give Dylan his dummy when he sleeps but not during the day and he is now off his day bottle which is also great.

Vix c will start to talk so much more and there will be times when you wish you hadn't taken the dummy away!!

My men are out for the morning and I am going to meet the moomies at Kirstenbosch for the morning.

Nelria- that party sounds soooooo cooooooool! I can't believe you can think about wanting another baby when Xen is giving you such little sleep and now no free hands LOL I think Elwyn is busy searching for the receipt to see if there is a 90 day refund policy on the twins LOL

So I decided I'm tired of seeing C with a dummy in his mouth 24/7 so after I brushed his teeth this morning he left it sitting in the bathroom so I rushed around the house collecting up all 5 of his dummies and hid them. Needless to say 5min later he came calling through the house for hi 'nuna' so I told him the birdies came and took it away. LOL he looked very confused and made me walk outside to the bird feeder to ask the Birdies for his nuna but I told his they took it far away. Slowly over the course of the day he's asked for it less and less, he didn't go down for a nap without it though but I refused to give in, I know from all the past training experiences it's a max of 3 bad days and I'll have won the battle. I must say already he seems to be accepting the bad news pretty well and didn't ask for it after his bedtime milk. Will see what bedtime itself brings.

went to a fabulous kiddy party today - they rent farm animals by the hour a place here so they set up small enclosure bring 3 sheep a goat, a calf and a pony with a crate of food kids can feed, also a crate with small bunnies - then they give ponyrides out and also give the kids the milkbottles to feed to the lambs - WOW what a hit lea kept going what a nice party and she also wants a party now LOL guess I will buckle under pressure and give her one when she turns 3

x - also started his SHIT now only wants my hip - as they had 3 helpers there and they took him twice he screamed blue murder and then sat like a fly on me the rest of the time - man one on hip other on hand/lap why do my kids like me so much grrrrrrrrrrrr

anyhoe x is moaning so let me set him down for night
