afm just waiting for AF to come so that I can start finding out if my cycle is still the same after having the mirena out.

We had out work family day on Saturday and Cole was well behaved and really had so much fun!

O.k so good news first, Jonathan gained a whopping 40g today! Wow Just 40g to go and it's time to bug the cr@p out of his Dr cos he is now weighing 1.760kg.

Bad news next, well it's not as bad as it could've been, Simone you were spot on about my wound, They sent me for a soft tissue scan and it turns out the lump on the left is in fact a clot, but otherwise everything else looks great so nothing hugely major. Dr has prescribed an antibiotic for a week and a re scan in 7-10days, if no improvement then I have to have the clot cut out so back in for surgery which I REaLLY don't want with 2 babies to BF at home!!!!!!! So I will religiosly take my antibiotics, keep my feet up as much as possible and hope for the best. I feel like such an Idiot because it's totally sekf inflicted all because I didn't think when getting up for baby grrrrrr Just goes to show, C-sec can be easy going and fairly painless but it doesn't come without it's complications from time to time, if only I'd had Natural birth I could get out of bed easier. I'm sure lifting a 13kg toddler all day hasn't helped but how can I not pick him up when he is screaming and crying for me. It's so hard, I feel like I have really let all my boys down because now I'm back to square 1 with the pain and immobility. Had a bit of a cry this morning because I was just so scared they admit me today, please please please let these antibiotics help!

Simone- great news about Addy and the bottle, that is now very far off for me because C is mimicking a baby now with crying and flapping his tongue in and out asking for milk LOL Good luck with the full potty training, wow I'm too exhausted to imagine toilet trips in the day never mind the night.

Ally- congrats on the birth of your friends baby, sounds like a gorgeous mix of race, I love mixed race children, I think they always end up with the best of both races and look so unique. I always fancied having indian mix children but alas Indian men only seem to like Indian women not pasty old caucasions like myself so I got stuck with an Afrikaaner LOL

Enigma- I had to laugh at your post, I never expected to read such obsenities from you, you seem way too sweet for that LOL Funny how you build a picture of someone you have never met.

Helen- If you honestly feel you'll be better to start Nina on formula then do it my friend, as long as you have no regrets that's all that matters and you at least gave it a damn good shot! I'm sure inverted nipples makes for very difficult BF.

oh and you know that newborn cry 'wahhhh wahhh wah wah wahhhh' well C stands in front of Alex and screams exactly that back at him LOL My house is going to be a mad house very soon.

Shrey isn't constipated (he only had that one episode at under 3 months where he went for 10 days without poo but he was being solely bf then so that explained that). Mil says he had a poo very early this morning so no worries. Maybe his system is just such that he will sometimes miss a day.

Vix have you been to the doc? How are you feeling? So happy that Jono is picking up weight so nicely.

I agree with Simone I am feeling terribly broody with all the chatter from Vix & Helen Still a while to go before we go down this path so I will live of everyone else's experiences x

Christi, nice to hear from you! Hope the renovations go well.

My friend gave birth this morning. Shame he is just the cutest little thing, he looks like a darker version of Aidan when he was born (the dad is Portuguese and the mom is coloured) I'm so sad that I can't be there. I hosted her babyshower and now I can't even see the baby.

AFM, things are still great. I'm just incredibly irritated today for no reason. So I'm trying to rather just keep my mouth shut and stay out of everyone's way because I know I'm being silly, just very irritated. The twins are going down for their nap now and C and I must go into town to get some stuff so my dad will just listen out for them.
ANd then I need to take a LOOONGGG shower. Abi threw an entire spade full of sand onto my head at the beach this morning. She thought it was hilarious (actually so did C and Aidan) but I wasn't too impressed. lol

Anyway, let me go make their bottles (btw, they are completely off milk now for bedtimes. They just get 100ml juice and 200ml water in their bottles now which they hardly touch, so hopefully they'll be off bottles by the end of the holiday).

Christi my sil still bf and her lg is 2.5yrs old this month, so dont worry what other people say!

On that note though...Addison is OFF THE BOTTLE!! Been over a week now and she has adapted wonderfully and is sleeping better now. So now full steam ahead to get her out of nappies within the next month.

Lisha I hope Shreyan isnt constipated. Has he ever had a problem like that? If Addy doesnt poo...(which happens very rarely) i give her a prune or dried pear and 5 minutes later she explodes with poo! lol.

AFM...we are good. Staying away from the shops and not doing too much shopping. Also helps that I dont think I'm getting a bonus...lol. Had a nice relaxing weekend.

I am a wreck with Cynthia not being there...the house is untidy, CLOTHES NEED TO BE WASHED AND IRONED!!! Shame but my poor husband cleans and does whatever he can just to keep me sane. Luckily we are getting his mom's helper to come in tomorrow and just do some thorough cleaning and some ironing.

Gerard has been on holiday since 4th December...he however is busy every day...doing maintenance around the house, cleaning, doing washing, looking after Addison...never complains. So I said I wish he could get a break...he tells me that while I am at work everyday he cannot be on holiday...so he will work while at home, because its only fair! Gotta love that man! he is simply the best

Vix please get to doc asap. My friend had that and had to be readmitted and the scar cut open again, then blood drained from clot....something like that. There is a name for it (I remember they checked at my 7 day check up as well), but I cant remember it now!

Vix, I hope you get to see the doc for the scar and that there are no serious damage!
