The Eglynol is definitely going to help your milk production but remember to get some rest where you can because the exhaustion also impacts on milk. So so pleased that both the boys are doing well and that Jonathan is now in the incubator.

Simone sorry about leg cramp. The same thing happened to me last Saturday morning but that was after a full day on my feet followed by an entire night in heels. Hope you don't get it again. Try magnesium supplement if you need it.

This headache is still lingering and the tablet has just numbed it slightly so far and also making me drowsy.

We had a brilliant night...Addison slept like a baby. Drank a bit of milk from her juice spoutty bottle before bed and slept for over 10hrs. Only woke after 7am;-)

My calf pulled stiff at 5am this morning...i wanted to cry. leg was so sore when I got up to walk...feeling better now at least.

Mandy- thanks so much for your offer, you are truly amazing. Thankfully Elwyn is being cheeky and finishing all his work today so getting off a week earlier! yay!

MY MOTHER IS GONE!!!!!! I already feel so happy and relaxed and i just know everything is going to work out great from now. She was definitely the biggest cause of my stress. Me and Elwyn just want to relax and get settled on our own. Our babies are 9 days old and only now can we begin to adjust to our new routine, it's not really fair is it?

Newborns sleep the first 3 weeks away and in that time my flippin mother comes to destroy my peaceful life, i couldn't even nap during the day with her here yet both my boys were sleeping from 10am yesterday morning and today.

I have phoned the gynae for a script for eglynol, i just can't keep up with the milk demand since yesterday. Jonathan is needing 300ml today probably 350ml tomorrow and Alexander must be taking more than that already. I had loads when the engorgement set in but almost from the exact moment the 'baby blues' went away on tuesday my milk dwindled. But the fuzzy head has started too so maybe it will take away the edge of the PND that's lurking in the shallows.

I'm really so pleased with Jonathan, he was moved to a closed incubator yesterday which actually looks scarier but in fact it's better because it means they don't have a need for instant access to him anymore so things are looking up. He gained 30g today which is fantastic and they upped his feeds to 30ml a time. he is now 1.640kg and when he gets to 1.7kg he can just go into an open crib like the ones they use in the nursery for full term babies so that's great news!

Lelani thanks for the update. Lol @ Vix wanting us to send her some milk. Hope she's having the Blackthorn Berry elixir to help with the milk production - it really helped me especially during the most exhausting days.
I'm so excited to hear that Jonathan is doing so well - it will be the best news ever if he's home before christmas. And shame little Alex is such a strong boy too ... glad he is doing well for his mommy. Hope C adjusts 100% soon.

Hope Jack gets better asap and doesn't need the drip.

on my side everything's still going fine, Jack (our 1st Jack russel) has a tummy bug, so stressed out about him
took him to the vet yesterday....got lots of meds & atleast his drinking again so getting hydrated....if his not better by 2morrow, he needs to go for a drip....which cost so much money...so please keep him in youre thoughts & prayers that he gets better.....missing his wagling tail so much....

Morning ladies

Quick post before someone else comes to bother me Had a decent night but feeling tired & have a headache for some reason ... maybe AF around the corner.
Shrey slept okay but this morning was nagging me a bit : Mummy no sleep. Mummy carry me. Mummy sit watch tv. Gosh it gets tiresome when you have so much to do.
But then he gives me the sweetest smile and I can't help but smile back
