Hey everyone

Hope you are all doing well. I feel a bit sick, hell of a headache, feeling nauseated, etc. It feels as if I've got a headache every single day. Ziani is so cute now, she's sitting on my lap kissing her own picture :)

Vix, hope Ty's mom responds to your mail, I remember her.

Simone, yay! You are such an inspiration, I'm so happy for you!!

Ange, CJ's pics are gorgeous! Glad he had a good party and Ange, Cole is so cute. One lovely little boy :)

Mandy, good luck with all the preps.

Lisha, hope Shrey sleeps well tonight!
Ziani was never constipated on breast milk, her problems started when we switched from S26 gold 1 to 2 and then from there on it was bad.

Nicole, so sad about the kids, but it is a lovely gesture to buy them prezzies. Shame.

Julz, glad that Dylan enjoyed the swimming lesson eventually!

Need to go, Z is pulling and tugging and yelling at me. Help!

Nicole sounds like gifts the kids will love.
Not sure what's for supper yet.

Julz glad Dylan's lesson went so well. Hope he sleeps better tonight.

Shrey was at mil's today and that is usually a gamble with sleep.

Anyway will chat to you ladies tomorrow. Have a great evening.

HI All

Lisha, Cameron had a few of those poos when we moved onto formula at 8 weeks. But from when we left the hospital at 3 days he had several times in which he groaned and battled and we were told by an expert ( sorry cant remember her name) that many children suffer from changing of formulas with constipation and with generally getting used to pushing poo through their systems. She also mentioned that you should cool the boiled water before adding the formula. We found that a chiropractor helped. YOu do find newborn specialists and at our chiro, they actually saw babies on a tues and thurs from 09h00 - 11h00 and we all sat there with bewildered new mom faces with our tiny newborns in a queue. The expert I spoke of before called it PPS - Painful Poo Syndrome and the chiro said it was mostly his experience that it was Caesarian babies who might have slightly pinched nerves or some type of internal issues that he could assist with. So tell her to look into a Chiro!

Ally - OF COURSE your lunch was successful! so glad he loved your blondies !! Well done for making the effort! Looking forward to the interview on the blog! SO DEVINE!

Julz - glad you are busy! Thanks for letting us know about Dylans first swimming class! Cam also loved it, and was even willing to go into the water with shorts and his swimming nappy just to be allowed in the water! Shame so sorry that he screamed! poor thing must have thought, what is there, where is MOM!

Shame Nicole that you guys are sick again, I can relate, although I think the antibiotics are working nicely!

Vix - sorry you are feeling anxious, I would too, so its all normal and I bet its the body and minds way of making us nervous enough to get even more prepared.. PErhaps you should go onto a few drops of rescue which I like to have in camomile tea.. it might just take that horrible sinking feeling in your tummy away :)

Jess - cant wait for Jan! will be fun to just spoil ONE!! :)

Hope Helen is okay and settling well into being at home! Helen, hope you are getting some SLEEP TIME!

Simone 8KG YOU ROCK!!

Im having a busy week but mostly for getting Cams birthday party ready! Im putting my calm head on to remind myself that its all about Cameron having a happy day, so what ever I can think of that he loves will be my priority, and so I have a helper and my mom to come to assist with running the catering and logistics after I have planned and rolled it out,, its ALL ABOUT MY BABY! whom is not a baby anymore - BOOOO HOOOO

Little Jenna Lucy Biart born by C SEC on 21 Dec at 8.05 weighing 3.18 kilos and 50cm long - my healthy happy girl finally in my arms.

Nicole, we are having dijon chicken with roasted baby potatoes and then I'm making a 'warm salad' of steamed green beans and asparagus with a garlicky dressing.

I am really busy today so not much time to chat. :(

did I tell you guys how well Dylan's first swimming lesson went. He screamed blue murder to begin with as they take him into the pool and we sit next to the pool. He still moaned for his dummy, BUT they did a double dunk which they said they almost never do and he is a fish in the water. a totaly natural and didn't gulp water. I was so proud!

He didn't sleep well though. He woke about 4 times last night.

Anyway will try to catch up a bit later. xxx

Mom of Dylan and Partner to Joerg. We live in the Beautiful Pringle Bay which is along the Whale coast, Cape.
