Vix i am glad C slept through for you last night. My head is fine, thanks for asking, i just cant seem to bend down else i get a sharp throbbing pain, but cant even compare that to the pain i felt on monday. How is the rib and back pain? Oh with regards to sending instructions for your mom to watch C whilst you are in hospital is a very good idea, at least C will stick with his routine and that will be one less worry for you.

Zee I would also be p^%%ed if my MIl or my mother (anyone for that matter) cut K's hair!!

oh Simone- sorry for the arrival of AF! ANd sorry it has you feeling so crappy. But at least this cycle was shorter than the previous ones so hopefully the metaformin is working and will have you on good regular cycles and pregnant soon!

Angie i have problems with K as well at nights, he refuses to eat supper unless its either mince, sarmie or a yogurt. The creche ensures me he eats very well and they also have veggies, starch and protein in the meals, so i try not to stress (although it is difficult). Is he loosing weight from not eating supper? I know Simone mentioned she read somewhere that breakfast and lunch count 85% of their nutrition so i took comfort in that, but if it is worrying perhaps chat to a clinic sister?

Lisha ouch baking til 10pm last night? Glad Shrey gave you a good nights rest. It is very hot here today, also causing us to be a bit uncomfortable.

afm, we had a good day yesterday until bath time that is. when we got home (around 4) it was still so hot so it striped K and let him water our garden with the hose and he had a ball, he then ran around the garden in those hooded towles almost look like a poncho and he didnt wanna take it of lol. But bath time was a nightmare he didnt want me to rinse the shampoo of his hair, didnt want to take his allergy meds, didnt want to brush his teeth grrrr - so alot of screaming was going on in our household last night.

Dh is sick - has the flu, so we all know how that is going..............

Zee- i too would've freaked if i had a LG, i must say with C i don't care, i don't even mind if he gets a 2 all over when I'm not looking but a LG is a different story!

Jess- yay for Bryce and his poo!

Angie- i watched a great expectations one day with a toddler specialist and she said offer food but if they don't eat it then don't stress, aparently a lot of 2 year olds go off eating even for days on end. she said they will eat when they're really hungry and making an issue out of it might just make the problem worse or cause a fear of meal times.

I think there is usually a reason they don't eat even if it's not apparent to us, like the past 2 nights C hasn't eaten anything but it must be because of his tummy so i just offer the food at his table and he can eat it if he wants to. He went over, looked at the fish, tried 1 small piece and said finished.

C slept through again, well apart from coming to me for his water bottle at 1 but it was so hot last night I'm not surprised.

Friday sat and sun were terrible back to every 2 hour wakes so monday i didn't give him the steroid for his ears (from the GP) and ever since he has been sleeping again so it's obviously not working so nicely for him.

Zee so she didnt ask your permission?? OH MY WORD!! What was she thinking??? I would be livid!

My mom is hell bent on piercing Addison's ears...I'm so scared she is really just going to do it without my permission...and she knows I want to wait til Addy can ask for it. Look she loves earrings and tries to throw them into her ear canal, but I dont know if she loves them enough to not rip them out when they gun them in!

Hope you all had a good night. Shrey slept well but I was restless for some reason - maybe too tired from late night baking lol.

Zee I would have been livid. I know you get on very well with your mil but seriously I would have said something.

Ally do you find chilli too hot if you don't take out seeds? I just cut down the center and throw in pot lol.

It's suddenly so hot that Shrey asked dh to 'put con (aircon) please daddy' in the lounge this morning.

I decided last minute to make some sweetmeats for diwali so last night mum & I were busy in the kitchen till after 10pm. Just going to buy some butter biscuits now and we're all set. Never thought about samoosa's so a bit late to get that done now or even to order that from anyone.
