We moved office and the whole office can see my bloody screen!! Ive asked to be moved anyway as we are all facing the wall!!! because they dont want cables being displayed!! its so unfriendly and doesnt compliment team work, we all do need to communicate a lot as we book film crew diaries on different projects so we often negotiate with each other to release or move crew between jobs GRRRRRRR the wars in the office are getting worse, but now its not just me and I absolutely feel horrid with the uncomfortable attitudes here of this one avoiding that one and that one not agreeing with this one! if only we could all get along.

Nicole thankfully we are not really watching Gummi bears anymore on this side...though I love that chubby bear...Tummi??? whatever his name is..i find when Addy runs off I am sitting and watching!lol

Addison watches Toy Story and now Dora the Explorer. She got the DVD's on Staurday for her birthday...this morning she knows the dance moves and words of the show already! These kids are real sponges!

I like Dora...its very interactive and they count with them, have to point out objects to help Dora, etc. So a nice gift as well as its educational.

Vix it wasnt like the usual spotting blood...it was almost a mini gush and bright red...then gone. So maybe what you said about the vessel. I dont think I'm at the stage where I wanna be obsessive with charts..lol. So will just suss out the situation and my cycle length for a few months.

I was also wondering about the chilli question! lol. Thought maybe it was for Ally.

This afternoon she didnt wanna eat lunch cause Vannah was eating popcorn so Cynthia took her outside and they ate lunch on the grass. So Addy runs in with her empty dish and tells Vannah: 'nunu's (noodles) all done. Popcorn in now!'

Mandy- I know you never meant to upset me intentionally which is why I didn't get irate about it but I felt I should be honest and say it did bother me.

I'm not even going to get stressed out over the whole topic because I may just go into labour within the next 6 weeks and it would've been a waste of emotions.

But I do want to say this, if anyone remembers how I suffered with PND then maybe you will understand my need for having control over the birth. I am so incredibly scared of PND I will do ANYTHING to avoid it this time round and that includes trying to control as much about the birth as possible. Anyonbe who has had PND will tell you it's really not a nice time and that coupled with caring for a toddler and twins may just be enough this time to tip me over the edge completely.

Anyways, I will just see how the next few visits go, take one at a time and if it gets close to Dr's leave time and he isn't prepared to take the babies out then I will discuss who will be available during his leave.

Subject finished because now I'm starying to feel like I'm having to defend everything I say so rather I don't talk about it anymore.

I just finished finally squeezing out C's blockage after 3/4 days of no poo. Man it was terribly difficult this time and very exhausting. I think maybe the buscopan helped to relax the muscles enough to let me squeeze the blockage small enough to pass. Shame my poor boy is so sore and now he says "eina mama, no no eina" it's just so much more heart breaking to do.

I have tried the yoghurt and probiotics route before and it makes absolutely no difference with C after a whole month of it. His constipation is seriously severe and I am sick of paying for Dr's and peads who tell me to give probiotics and a fruit diet, it doesn't work and the only next step is perhaps a bowel specialist but they do say some children do just suffer with severe constipation until adolescence and the onlly thing you can do is try to keep them regular and repair anal fissures that occur so might be pointless to see a specialist anyways. He drinks about 1.5l of water in addition to his milk everyday so by rights he shouldn't have such a bad condition.

Simone- Julz is right about the OPK's (ovulation prediction kits) becoming expensive even if you do know when you are going to ovulate. They are about R60 for 4 sticks which may or may not be enough for 1 month even if you know when you should Ovulate. I did them for 2 months and never actually got a proper positive on any of them, because it's not like a pregnancy test which is either + or - you have to try and decipher the result by the darkness of the line. In my opinion at this stage it's a waste of money for you until you know at least how long your regular cycle is. If you can just keep sticking to the every other day BD rule and hopefully you'll hit the jackpot. WRT the small bleed, spotting can occur at O or implantation but it's usually a very small amount, only enough to mark a towel but the fact that you didn't get any more than that initial spotting it could suggest implantation Sometimes the egg can implant close to a blood vessel and cause a bit of a bleed from time to time. I would suggest you just try and see what your cycle does over the next few months but if you feel enthusiastic enough then try the charting that will really give you a clue as to if you ovulate every month and where in your cycle you ovulate.

Nelly- I presume your question about the chilli was actually for Ally not me? I don't know enough about chillis to answer you my friend.

I didn't think my belly was that huge considering there are 2 babies in there.... Do you really think so? -km still wearing all my regular pants (in fact I bought a size 12 at the weekend instead of my regular 14) and just my longer tops and T-shirts. Maternity clothing just doesn't suit me, it's way too baggy all over and just makes me look fat.

Thanks for the tip Julz, maybe i should go past the pharmacy and stock up on some incase it ever happens again (are they over the counter meds)

I'l be heading off in the next 20 mins, going to spend some time with my son in the garden and then make supper, do the chores etc and then revise once K has gone down for the night which will proberly be at about 8 - 8:30.


Oh forgot to mention my child now loves loves loves gummi bears, he would rather watch that then Barney YAY YAY YAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicole I read on another thread that Anina's husband also gets really awful migraines and they were away with nothing but Vogel drops. She thought it would never work and he was vomiting and all so she gave it to him and they did work after all.

I must be honest the whole cycle, conveving thing confuses me lol. Simone hope you are able to get information to help conceive. Julz really gives fantastic advice and tips

aah looking forward to home time, the pills have had a nasty effect on me, i am still feeling very tired, i have to do some revising tonight which makes me feel even more tired lol, but only until next week tues and then i am done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


mmmm so hungry from hardly eating yesterday, making some nice spicy beef stragonoff tonight with rice and then a greek salad on the side and ice-cream for desert.

K has definatly got his appetite back, he now walks to the fridge and tells me to "open" on the last shelf i have all of his things - juice,milk, yogurt, cheese slices and fruit like apples, strawberries and pear, then he chooses what he wants, this morning he had a quater of a apple, cheese slice and a yogurt.
