Hi ladies,

so we've been going through a bit of a 'shitty' time with C, quite literally! Since week before last wednesday he has been pooing in his underpants EVERY SINGLE DAY. we think it's because that was the first day the tweenies started at his creche, i tried everything but finally i think we've managed to stop it with a little riddle/rhyme i made up in place of something one of his fav TV characters says. It's Special agent OSO if anyone has seen it, it's the 3 special steps so i sing...... Step1 pull down your pants, Step2 sit on the toilet, Step3 make a poo!

phew...... i was getting worried it wouldn't stop. lets just home next week at school he keeps it up. I'm actually just now printing off pictures of special agent OSO onto transfer paper to put onto his 'new' underpants that special agent OSO has sent for C. in the hope that he will keep them clean for oso. oh the things we do for our kids.........

So yes i am LOVING that all the kids are now in creche but i have this huge project going at the moment and an up and coming meeting for said project that i have not done anywhere near enough work for so for this next week at least i am going to be chasing my tail but after that i think I'm going to just enjoy a few days on my own doing nothing! It's so exciting to think i can actually go out to work now!

sorry can't really reply to much, gotta get on with this paperwork, was just clocking in to say hi and I'm still alive just VERY busy

mandy - what do u mean by 2 syllables? stupid afr me LOL

simone - grrrrrrrrrrrr on going with

as for tantrums and whining I respond with very quick nip in but taqtique I count to 3 by 3 she gets whatever I threaten so she stops by 2 - rule is have to follow through once or twice so they know its the business - so lea has no real bad behaviour or only short spans of as her food has been thrown out - if not eaten - she has been taken to room and she has been spanked so now if my voice and fingers come out by 2 she responds

anyhoe got to get monkies out the bath so sleep tight girls

Hi ladies!

Mandy I love Jenna:) Ashley is also nice, but Jenna would be my first pick between the two. Fx u get the year lease on the house!

Wow Mandy so Cameron is a real rebel! Lol. Sounds like the reward chart is good for him:)

Had to laugh at 'dangerous' as Addison loves that word. When I'm cutting onions or something she'll say: mummy that is dangerous. Be careful okay? To cute:)

Today I had planned a day of relaxation at the spa...G had to work last minute, sister couldn't babysit so I had to take madam with me. Well let's just say no relaxation when she wants to sit on me during pedi, wants to pee during my massage. Eish! But she was very sweet...'Helping' the therapist, etc. She got her toes painted pink and purple! Lol. Then I got her some very cute, very overpriced clothes at foschini kids.

Hello Gals,

Simone, I also like Luke, Marco, Kyle, Blake, Justin, Ryan, Rhys, Dylan, Jett and also JACK :) , so exciting!

We have a name we really like, it was going to be Ashley if Cameron was a girl, then we though Ashley this time around and now we have settled ( FOR NOW..) on Jenna.. My sisters name is Jenni and I love JEN so its close to a family name, we are a bit stuck on a second name though, I would like it to be 2 syllables, so we are still thinking about this...

Vix, so awesome that the twins are going to school now so that you have a little bit of your life back!! well done on making positive changes so that you can work again, im sure you have missed being able to concentrate on the business!! and now you can do the groceries and housework, and hopefully with some business earnings, you can get some help with the housework soon too!

yip, i must say in terms of any tantrums or bad behaviour it seems to work ALOT faster for us to simply ignore Cameron and to reward the next good thing that he does. We also say, you make mom sad when you do that, and I like to be happy, can you show mom a happy cameron, and then he seems to change direction. DISTRACTING them works better than focusing on the bad... Nicole, you are lucky if you are only seeing the crying lately, we have dealt with it for a while and it can simply be when he is tired, or hungry , then he just gets really silly crying for NO REASON... I give him nothing he wants when he cries and i tell him when he stops he can have the thing he wants ..

Julz - Cam is very good with language, it is the one area of intelligence we are happy to see, since his puzzles and social skills do need work. he tries so hard to get attention at school that apparently while the teacher is showing or teaching he will start kicking the poor child next to him! so we are relieved to say, he speaks well, uses words like dangerous and is getting quite advanced. He uses different words all the time and long sentences.. his s has a slight lisp and th and a few others are a stumble but you know what he is trying to say all the time. The teacher says he is talking like a 3.5 year old.. :) Since they have introduced a sticker chart at school they have more control over him with discipline. They are saying that he encourages others to be naughty or follows other naughty ones, so by giving him a reason to be good as an individual he is responding.. he is the only one in the class being given a reward chart , so its a bit worrying.. but at least something is effective!!

Lets hope we found a house today to rent, we signed a lease but the owner wants a 6 month and we wanted a year, so we have requested a year and are hoping for the best. We might accept 6 months anyway but will decide soonest..

Have had a lovely day, Hubby is playing so nicely with Cam at the mo, they washed cars together and now are riding bikes, and were cooking supper together until cam cut his finger with the sharp knife.. luckily only a nic..

Angie - hope you fall preggies soon!!

Okay - suppers ready , lata !

Julz, it's bizarre hey? I must say, Abi really does look like a Abi to me and Aidan the same.

Nicole, oi, Aidan does that ALL the time now. Moans, cries, freaks out. And then when we tell him off he goes "I can't...I can't" such a freakin drama queen. And when he doesn't get his way then he shouts the most random things like "I'm TIRED" or "I'm EINA!!!" Real little actor.

And they've also started undressing and running around naked. We'll go into the lounge and they'll both sit their starkers watching TV. WTF? So bizarre!

Hi Simone

Since we have been ignoring him (obviously just making sure he is safe first), he does not pull his antics so much anymore. I actually can't remember when last he did it...couple of months ago I'm sure. And it it REALLY tough ignoring them when they cry...once cole cried for 45minutes non-stop (I checked the time), it was the toughest thing that DH and I ever had to do but in the end it was for the best.

Oh Julz, forgot to say that some of Cole words are also tough to understand sometimes...especially since he can pronounce his "R" and "L" propertly. So Lion sounds like ya-yen and red like Yed.
