Do any of your kids call you by first name some times? When I come into the kiddies room at Church Addison will go: 'Oh Simone there you are. You're back?? '

She always does it and then people ask: Does she call you by first name????

I used to think it is a sign of disrespect but I have found when we are in the company of adults, they call me Simone obviously, so she also calls me Simone. However 80% of the time at home she calls me mama/mother.

Julz, Abigail speaks very clearly but Aidan still struggles with some words. He gets SO excited when he speaks that he starts almost hyperventilating and we have to tell him to calm down before he speaks.

Marc (C's middle name)
Kyle (C said no cause it's a naughty name )
Luca
Luke (but my aunt names her dog Luke so that was a bit weird)
Tristan
Dylan
Matthew

But my first choice was always Aidan. If we had 2 boys it would've been Aidan & Ryan even though C didn't like the idea of naming one of them Ryan Ryder.

Hey ladies

Sorry I just can't find the time to log in everyday these days. Work is getting pretty hectic now and getting added responsibilities ... I shudder at the extra work but may make things more interesting I guess.

Shrey is well, I was telling Simone earlier that we've started a nice bedtime routine that works well for both him and myself. I read him a short story in my bed and once I says 'the end' he'll say it's time for him to go to his bed and he sleeps there till the morning. Even if he wakes during the night he has been remaining there. Only problem is he's had 2 early wakes the last 2 mornings so that's something that I hope changes soon.

Nicole I hope K adapts well to not having his close friend around.

Julz Shrey also sometime does the babbling thing and I have to remind him to talk like a big boy ... maybe boys just a little bit lazier to speak properly sometimes. He says pretty big words and everything he says is in context etc. I think they will all get there soon enough.

Yoza sounds like Siba is doing really well. I'm with Simone re wanting you to adopt me too

We went to a school open day yesterday, Shrey is on waiting list for next year but in most probability he'll only get a place there in 2013. School seems nice and the teachers are all qualified ladies. They have 3 different campuses and start at age 3 till grade 3. Classes are 20 in each class for the 3 year olds, 1 teacher and an assistant to these 20 kids. I'm not sure if that is a high ratio though. We want to look at other schools now.

I'm super hungry today! Woke up at 12am starving last night and had a banana and milk and 2 small rusks. WOke up hungry. Drove to work hungry. Now hungry....not sure what is happening today!! So counting down to lunch time! THink I'll go to steers and get toasted cheese and tomato and small packet hot chips...naughty Simone:)

You ladies must hear my tone deaf child singing Adele - Rolling in the deep! Oh glory...she thinks she is Mariah Carey with those high notes! lol. It's so cute!

I was also telling Lisha earlier...when she poops and her bum must be wiped, she goes on all fours and sticks her bum in the air for us to wipe! lol. Do any of the other kids do this??? Its so funny to see!

Oh I have also always loved the names Jude & Rocco for boys...
