so just before loosing it xen has now dropped the midnight feed for 2 nights so please please please let this continue then i can study with a rested mind at night and still make this years exams

Julz- oh no! Poor Dylan, these boys hey? and it can happen so quickly, I'm still surprised C wasn't the first to break something or need stitches the way he pelts around the garden.

Zamzie- you have been very quiet!!!! Happy belated birthday to Imanna, I don't know why my list has her as the 26th, was it actually the 23rd?

wow it has been super quiet in here this weekend but I shall not complain as we have been super busy and i wouldn't have been able to keep up anyway.

Elwyn finished his list of chores before babies arrive so now it's just my list of sewing for the babies and we can throw the to do list out until next year.

I made C a HUGE bean bag today, wow it's enormous but he loves it. I thought it would be way smaller it's only 75cm diameter and 50cm high but with all the balls inside it's actually way too big for him but it will last. I cut out the fabric for the twins ones too but I'm going to down size them or i won't have space in my house for all 3 LOL

I also stuffed my double BF cushion and i think it looks and feels fab! I'll take pics sometime this week.

So i just want this week to fly by so that i can see everyone on Sunday!!! we haven't had a meet since July!!!!!!

I pulled out a few old toiletries and clothes i was going to give to the church, a bit of food and a couple of toys and ended up with a whole bin sack of things for SimoneK, amazing what one has in their cupboards that they never use, so i was finally trying to find out........ Nelria, did you ask her where she stays because there would be no use in me bringing it through to PTA if she stays close to me?

I did the grocery shopping yesterday but i left C with Elwyn at home and wow, it still took me 4hrs but i did everything i wanted to and didn't come home exhausted like usual. Just need to find nappy specials, for daytime nappies because it seems this month there is nothing on special. Oh and if anyone sees Newborn nappy specials please let me know. When i worked out from Nelria's calculations (thanks so very very much!) i realized i only have enough newborn nappies to last 1 baby 12w so i need to keep an eagle eye out for specials. I'm in no major rush because i basically have enough for both up to 6w so anytime up to Jan i can still go get specials.

Mandy- missed you but I'm sure you had a great technology free holiday!!!

Congrats ally!!!

So about our fun Friday afternoon.


We had people around for a braai and I worked etc so in the afternoon as I was preparing a salad, Dylan fell on a mat and cut his chin open.

As soon as I wiped all the blood away I knew it was bad so my friend drove me to the hopspital.

We got there and they said it needed stitces for sure as glue wouldn't hold it so they gave numbing cream and a few drops of morphine and said it would make him drowsy. IT DIDN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!

They took ages but eventually another doc arrived and said it would be best to sedate him completely so they did. Not nice to see him laying there eyes wide open like that but they put 4 stitches in and he woke up and was super fine. They were really good with him and he was a star patient while they put the drip in.

I went back today for them to check the wound and the same doc was there and he said he couldnt believe that Dylan was running around after the drops.

Anyway lots of excitement and all.

Saw lelani on Sat and we had a lekker chat. I am so jealous that she is meeting you all.

have been busy with school assignment and had to prepare for my flight this morning but SAA cancelled my ticket. Only leaving at 4pm

Enigma: How do I not coment about your son he is so cute and adorable.

Lisha: Enjoy your me time without baba these little nuggets are a handful. will think of you as I much my mee today.

Nelria: As for the night feeds that is why i am always tired buhle is always on the breast it drives me crazy even though she sleeps in her cot i literally put her in my bed so that i dont have to wake all the time. The solids dont help and they did not make a difference even with beef.

Angie: nice pressie for DH. Now your giving me ideas for DH bday.

Vix: I love that round bump.

as for lea's nose it was on wknd at in-laws they where playing chase lea ran out door and forgot 5 steps down and literally sky-dived down landing solid on her face - not a scrape anywhere else

ok took xen to paed today srprise surprise he has ear/throat infection so back on antibiotics both of them and guess what cherry on top brett is sick so guess who is next in line grrrrrrrrrr

of to plantland tomorrow a moomie meet with ttc'ers

then sat braai with schoolfriends
