Lelani you are right. I know I am going to have to let him understand that he can't sleep in our bed. We have to train them and at the moment it feels as if he is training us. So not going to happen I tell you.
xx

Vix you don't need such stress and 600 isn't worth it at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to make a list of what to pack. Going Sunday and clueless as to what to take.

Yoza shame don't stress love. Don't worry about breastfeeding. Our clinic said breast is fine but yes until age 6 months, milk is a priority so always give milk first and then offer solids.

Don't beat yourseslf up. It will settle down and everything will be alright.

Leigh I don't even know what to say. I am so sorry about the diagnosis. It is far too soon for the family to have to deal with another loss and your cousin must be completely devastated. Let me know if you need a talk. We can go for an early walk if you like. xxx

Yoza sorry the nurses news has you so down but it's best to be informed and tackle any little issue early on. I think you should visit the paed if your medical funds allow and just get their opinion as well on what to adjust for your little princess. Like Vix says maybe she is just bigger early on like Cam & Oliver and will average out as she grows cos they do tend to lose the baby fat as they become more active. Hope you figure it out hun.

Leigh sorry to hear about your uncles diagnosis. Can't be easy for you or the family.

Lelani wow big step ... sounds like he is doing awesome.

Vix I would also tell the lady to go jump.

Yoza- so sorry your news made you feel so bad, I undersdtand the sister's concern but it's not like ahe's eating anything fatty, she's on Formula during the day and breast at night, that's got to be better than a baby on formula 24/7. C has always drank more milk than the RDA but he's not over weight. Maybe she is just going to grow like Cam and Oliver did, they both grew so fast but now they have both really averaged out, when you look at them now they look no bigger than the other kids really.

Maybe stop the rice cereal, that's basically empty carbs and that will cause weight gain, stick to veggies more than fruits, sweet potatoes rather than regular potatoes. That way I can't see she would be putting on any more weight than her body naturally wants to.

Lelani- the problem with C is it's not a case of putting him back in bed repeatedly, he will scream for hours and no amount of putting him back to bed works, I know I did it for over an hour last thursday. When he was in the cot he was the same during these bad phases, he will scream the house down until he gets what he wants, no one can sleep through it and he never gives in, I have left him for an hour and still he doesn't stop crying. I think it's time to see if he might understand about rewards chart, I want to give him smiley faces and prizes for sleeping through and eating all his dinner things like that but I thought he might still be a bit small but then as I say that he understands a lot more than I give him credit for.

Vix omw, is that woman crazy?? how can they just expect that of you??? sometime people really think their lives revolve around themselves?

Yoza sorry about your news, :( but Vix advice re: cereal and veggies more than fruit sounds really good and maybe can be step forward for you?

wonder why all these kids are giving their mommies a tough time  Although Vix i really feel for you, being pregnant with tweenies is tiring enough!

Vix i was also considering doing a chart and then allowing K to put the stickers on and then giving him is treat, but knowing him he will expect it all the time regardless if he was good or not, so will maybe start something like that next year if he is still giving me trouble (oh please let him still not be giving me trouble next year  )

Lelani wow huge step to cut Zian dummy, you are braver than me mommy, sounds so cute him looking at his dummy as if to say WTF he he
