you know what i do on really lazy nights? In a pan i put chicken pieces and potatoes. Spice the heck out of it! Chicken spice, cajun spice, whatever...and leave it to pan fry like that. Serve with rolls and a salad... The potatoes always taste SO NICE!!

It you are looking for more effort, less time..pasta is always quick? Chicken a la king?

Or what about sausage, mash and a veg? Meatballs (lamb or chicken mince), mash and veg?

Today he called to say they are going to my mom's place for the afternoon so he'll take chicken and stuff with and cook there...lol.

Vix, I lost 12kgs in the first 3 months and then only gained 13kg all in all. And my babies were good weights so just try to keep eating healthy and I'm sure you'll be fine.

Yoza you are bringing back memories now...lol. Hewo...with the cellphone..seems like forever ago! Gerard is on leave for another week or 2 i think. With world cup they got leave...but he gave extra classes for one week for extra cash and training in his second week. So this is his third week off...but his first...if u know what i mean...lol
