last night i made dumplings with chicken. My niece is visiting so she brought to big farm chickens which we had. But we only had one chicken. I just put salt into the chicken and made dough. Yummy I tell you DH enjoyed my rural menu.

My parents are arriving tonight am so excited finally we sort my father out and he can breathe easier and stop having attacks.
