Julz- Pregnavit is a powder inside those 'plastic' shell type capsules. I will try taking them at night but if that doesn't help I'll check out the make you mentioned. They're not causing my MS because I was nauseaus at bedtime too but I think they are what made me physically vomit.

Guys, this weight thing isn't funny anymore, I have lost a further 1.5kg since friday. It's not the MS because I've only been sick twice this pregnancy, I'm eating tons and I'm carrying 2 babies, really when will my weight stop dropping. The books say I NEED to gain 20kg for the babito grow nice and strong, I'm never going to put on 20kg in 5m!

I can taste blood today but I think it's the iron tablet that came back up. I was not meant to be awake today! I am exhausted! Think I'm going to go check my blood pressure, maybe a ton of salt will help.

Grr I have to go grocery shopping today, really don't want to drive anywhere.

Can you tell I'm feeling off today? LOL all I'm doing is complaining LOL will go away now!

Morning mommies

Seems like most of us did not have a good night. E was awake from 2:30 till 6 this morning, I kept him in bed till 4:30, then I woke dh to take him. They went to watch tv and 6 he came to his mama because he wants to drink. Just called the nanny and he only woke up at 9!!

Vix sorry about the MS hope you find something that works for you!. C sound cute trying to comfort you!!!

Simone: How is addy and her obsession with DH. Has Gerhard gone back to work. I was thinking about addy when she learnt to say hello and said yewo. how cute is that.

Mandy and Angie: Four kids come now ladies do you honestly think i would have so many baba's Mxolisi would really need to give me a good reason to have so many kids

AFM: im not sure whats up with my princess. She woke up every two hours. Im drinking a strong cup of coffee just to keep me awake.


As for siba yesterday DH came back he was showing him that he can now take more than five steps. And we had to clap and say good boy. Its so funny everytime he hears the word good he claps. his laptop say good and he claps. He slept through again.

And buhle turned for the first time yesterday on him tummy and to his back. mummy is so proud of her lil barney.

Helen, the twins say about 50 words each but a lot of it is still unclear. And some days they refuse to say anything and just babble in their little language. But Abi has started now to repeat A LOT. Aidan is still taking his time and just saying the words he really likes like Sweets, banana, MAAAMMMAAA and oupa. Although he CAN say a lot more.
I'm also not stressed about it. My nephew only started speaking when he was like 20 months and now he doesn't shut up!

Helen I'm glad that you aren't stressing about the talking. Shrey took his time as well and honestly I think he was just lazy. Now he repeats almost everything so we have to watch our mouths lol.

Simone congrats on the 2 great nights! Shrey needs to get back to doing that soon

Addy has the Dumbo book...and last night on our PC i saw we had the Dumbo movie so i put it on...and Addy is like 'Ettifant...Ettifant...DUMBO!!!!'...lol. Was so cute..like she slowly come to realise the story infront of her!

Helen thanks...means so much to me. Things are going from bad to worse...and i am feeling ver despondent...so I appreciate all positive thoughts coming my way;-)

Vix..yucky MS! Try different vitamins. I am sure my friend used Centrum during pregnancy cause she got nauseous with jelly like capsules.
