Man I miss having everyone online
And went onto pampers, its like death there, no one's even trying.

Charneney wow it sounds like you have some challenging times ahead and like MIL is trying to live vicariously through you.

I wish I could tell you something really smart, but I have been blessed with amazing in laws.

What I can say is this. How her relationship as grandma starts could very likely dictate how she is as your child grows up.
So as hard as it may be, DH will have to step in and tell her that the decisions are yours & his to make, and that she can express and ask, but ultimately may hold no grudge to the decisions you make.
Its not that you're being selfish, but you are wanting to make your own memories, and you dont want them to be tainted by someone else's interference no matter how good their intentions.
And like M2M says, its your first child, a huge new experience for you, but something you guys have to figure out together, cos you're the parents.
Good luck though. This cant be easy for you.

Jeanine I have added my comments in the feedback section on Pampers and boy do I hope they will fix it. If I look, there's only been like 5 posts in the last 3 days so they would be silly not to know that they've stuffed up and hopefully fix it.

Always forget that youre due at the beginning of August and a good few weeks ahead of me. You're posting 2 weeks ago, 23week pics, and I'm only just past 22 weeks now

Havent been sleeping well. My head is so full of things at night, including dreaming about you girls going into labour! And my ex box pitching up in the lift with me (Grey's style) but all sweaty in bright green pt shorts all sweaty - urgh!)

We are away this coming weekend, leaving Saturday. 4 glorious days in Montagu hmmm. Only concern is I have no clue whether my bikini will still fit me eeek!

Now that the old forum re-directs to the new one, guess some more people will find it, and not just assume the site is down...

Speaking of Papmers and their "wonderfull" new forum They added a feedback form at the bottom, where you can rate the forum, say what you like/dislike, and indicate whether you will use it again.
Maybe we can get everybody to go pay them at least one last visit......

Morning ladies

Thought for a second there that pampers was back!!
Clicked on an old bookmark (nostalgia I guess), AND IT WENT IN, to the old forum! There was even some (VERY few) new posts for yesterday and today!

Got very excited, started reading them all... then all of a sudden, all links started re-directed to the new chat - world shattered again

SO glad we have moomies to help us through these tough times
